It looked like the oilers took the game like it’s a practice game and looked completely out of sink against the Flames who showed up like it was regular season. I just hope they weren’t drinking before the game … they looked sloppy especially BOUCHARD AND ECK. Nuge wasn’t really present and the kids like Noah Philip , Vasily Podkolzin, Raphael Lavoie, Noel Hoefenmayer , Alex Kannok-Leipert came to play especially Philip and Lavoie. Anyway maybe I’m making too much out of it, it’s really just a preseason game…means nothing except for the kids trying to make it. Pickard was awful. What happened to him. When is SKINNER PLAYING. It would have been great to have SKINNER PLAYING. Stu has to be ready. McDAVID looked fine as did LEON DRAISAITL AND HYMAN . Powerplay needs major work …too much passing . Again not worrying about the game. Watched it. See a lot of exciting young fans. Maybe JAY WOODCROFT popped in and that was the reason why the oilers looked disjointed and dysfunctional.
