tbh I hope both Johnny and Matthew are made cover athletes. I know Matthew never made it to the NHL as he was playing in the ECHL but IMO it's a tad disrespectful how the famous brother is remembered when there were two brothers that died.
Was a pleasure to know these two and to grow up with those boys and their family. Johnny and matty were an inspiration to myself and EVERY single kid in south jersey, and grew the game in our area just by being himself. If there’s anyone I credit my passion for the game of hockey, its johnny, matty, and their father who taught me how to skate. You will forever be missed boys, but your legacy will last longer than you could ever both realize❤️
