Article is a month old but still relevant and wasn’t posted before.

    Didn’t realize they acquired a 1C, 1D & Goalie. It’s still 2024 right?

This will be a chaotic comment section

Edit: I guess I’ll add my two sense. Michkov arriving early is extremely exciting but doesn’t necessarily mean the “rebuild is over.” I do think they may still sell a guy like Laughton at the deadline like Walker this year. We also still have some unknowns about goalie, Ersson showed promise but was clearly drained by end, let’s hope that’s what the case was and not a regression to his norm (let’s not forget he was actually waived earlier last year, they might not have really thought he was a part of the future).

I’m only 45 but I’m pretty sure I’ll be dead by the time this rebuild starts

It might not, but we are still short of some important pieces. Let’s not rush and then be stuck in another decade of mediocrity.

jesus fucking christ. what is it with flyers writers trying to spin the season up with this false fucking positivity. if youre not holding management’s feet to the fire through this last decade, you are part of the problem. this team is broken. this team is not anywhere close to being a threat on the ice, there is nothing to celebrate. i love being positive, but this is the same shit we’ve been saying for YEARS about every prospect “iF hE dEvElOpS rIgHt He CoUlD bE a SuPeRsTaR” lol thats not a draft strategy or a team building strategy, but its like our only fucking one
