99% of that interest better focus on Lucas and Mo

If the plan is to move Berggren at some point, then I don’t hate this.

I think I recall his agent Allan Walsh mentioning that Max lives in Detroit area during the off-season, ergo his wife and kids live here full time. Think he also mentioned Max having four (?) sons playing youth hockey around the area too, so makes sense Walsh would contact Yzerman. Just not sure I see the room unless a guy or two is moved out, which may have to happen already depending on who shows their stuff in camp.

Oh wait, it’s pro hockey rumors. Forget everything I said.

Maybes he’s ran out of injury’s

I keep getting trade rumor articles from PuckPedia GM….. Complete nonsense

4 goals in 47 games last season, think ill pass. Dude was so much fun to watch playing in Vegas tho, him and Stones was a real dynamic duo

He is old and has had major injuries that limit his skating ability. HOWEVER, he has size and strength and finishing ability and the Wings could use that bad.

As a fan of Carolina as well as Detroit, please don’t. He has issues staying healthy and his productivity is way down now. Pass on him. We have players developing that are more reliable.

Bruh unless we’re shipping Holl and probably Berggren out, we shouldn’t have interest in anyone while Mo and Ray haven’t been signed, especially an injury prone vet

Csn we stop being a retirement home for Michigan and Detroit area linked players please? Larkin should be enough Michigan heart and soul alone lol.

IMO this would make zero sense for the team. As we said previous seasons, younger guys could make the same impact with a better upside long term and financially.

  12. dkyguy1995

I’m interested too but that puts me no closer lol

What’s the harm? Definitely not an every day guy, but if we are playing a high scoring team like Toronto or Edmonton it could be beneficial to have him in the lineup over Motte or Fischer.

Bc all the old ex habs in our lineups have gone so well already
