Tye Kartye is a banger in training! Last season the Undrafted rookie scored a modest 20 points in his first full season playing all through the lineup. However, he also had 229 hits, which is good for top 20 in the league! Keep an eye on this kid, especially if he gets more ice!

He impressed me in the 2022-2023 playoffs and there is definitely some offensive upside in him! Looking forward to this kid’s progression!

Tye is one of my favorite players. I had the pleasure of watching him play with the Firebirds in the inaugural and man! He became my favorite player on the team immediately. Theres a reason why he won the AHL Rookie of the year!
I didn’t realize he went undrafted, props to the scouting team for getting such a promising rookie!
