Patrick Kane pulls off an incredible spin-o-rama goal, beating Carolina Hurricanes goaltender James Reimer.

  1. Canes announcer is quite wrong, Kane very very very rarely does that move. But the time he's done it, to shoot or pass, are featured in literally every career highlight reel of him and get shown/seen a lot, giving the impression it's a regular move he does. This is only the 2nd spin-o-rama GOAL by him I can remember, and I can't remember any other spinorama shot attempts – if there have been any, it can't be more than a couple, in 14 years. There have also been a few spinorama assists. This is a rare move which is why the d-man bit and the goalie was stunned. Both were likely expecting a pass to DeBrincat on the wing, or a normal shot. According to Kane he missed his spot on the shot, so the announcer may have been right about where it was intended/usually would have been placed. But there really is, as I said, no 'usual'. He never does this.

  2. Seems like these guys were barley moving. But being on the ice with them would be a different story. Credit to how easy the pros make it look

  3. Gets better and better every year. Hawks gonna make a decent run in the playoffs this year.
