Love these videos
Its going to be hilarious when Kaprizov leaves for a serious franchise in a year.
Ugh you had to use those ugly subway colors for the thumbnail?
My biggest gripe for minnesota and Billy G is all the NMC for old ass vets, gonna have a decent amount of cap but like everyone has a nmc so he is gonna have to get creative , also dont understand is "hate" towards Rossi
A team that I see as smack dab in the middle. In a competitive division, I see them coming up short. Will help next year when the buyout money drops. 7th in the Central with 81-86 points.
Minny is going to be a team to watch next year, its very impressive how competative they've been with that cap penalty.
Oh, crap! On to the East after this?! Don't do Columbus, please don't do Columbus!!! We have lived through enough turmoil, we don't need to hear about it, yet again. lol
Love this series
Great video
Thank you, Shannon. Let's go, Wild!
I am sick of the buyouts excuse. Other teams paid less for their active rosters the last few years and performed better than minnesota. Guerin chose grit and veteranocity over speed and youth just like JR did in Pittsburgh. Should have sold off after all of those aging vets had career years and he refused. He then doubled and has now tripled down on them.
Until the Wild kick John Hynes’s bald head off the bench, they’ll never reach where they should be as a team.
Sorry but no, let’s not pretend the Wild will have any real shot of getting into the playoffs with the -14.74 million. You’d need half of the western conference to be beyond incompetent, extremely unlucky and/or not even trying to make it to the playoffs.
16.75% less cap by default, in a town where people aren’t incentivized to take salary cuts, that’s without considering bad contracts and else. Full of young talent agreed, but its not like they had any other choice, the best they can do is putting themselves in the best position for next season and continue developing.

As a Pred-my predictions regarding Central:
1.Dallas
2.Avs
3.Preds
4.Winnipeg
5.Blues
6.Wild
7.Utah
8.Chicago
Boring predictions in a highly competitive division.
Now regarding Wild, even at full strengh, their goalies appear too weak for me for them to pass both Blues and Jets. Hellebuyck and Binnington
dont have to play much higher than their normal standards to beat them there. So this new dude Walstedt could be an interesting joker. I dont know anything about him, but I have never been a big Gustavsson fan, and Flower seems to be in the twilight zone tbh
The year is 2098.
The ghost of Marc-Andre Fleury announces he is going to play yet another year of NHL hockey.
2025-2026 lineup will be stacked Yurov, Heidt, Buium, Wallstedt, etc
I don't think Flower will ever retire until he gets his goalie fight with Binnington.
The top 9 forward ability level just hasn't really changed in years other than Rossi. Defense has gotten iteratively stronger, and goal tending sliding slowly weaker. The team is overall aging and mostly not with historical legendary players. I see this season as one to really keep an eye on what the 3rd and 4th lines are doing. As much as I adore the marketing and entertainment of the 3rd line, they are all 4th line players on cup contending teams. Hang in there fans and enjoy the season for what it will be, a preview or build up to 2025/2026 hope. Please please just no more NMC's this year!
