The Patrick Roy Curse is still going strong a few decades later. I think his first Stanley Cup win as an Avalanche was against the Panthers, too lol. They should have given the Conn Smythe Trophy to the Shirtless Kid for trolling Edmonton's bench the entire third period.
I'm so happy for you buddy. I know how important this team is for you and I know you have been stressed lately. As a Bruins fan, and as much as I hate your Panthers, I'm happy for the team, and the fans. Your team deserved this and I think you needed this to happen for your mental health haha. This was a fantastic playoffs season. I hope we can be in your shoes next season. Bruins management is going to make some huge moves this summer. Let this be a lesson to both teams
Oilers: Don't go down 3 games to none. If you had won even one of the first 3 games, this series would be over and the Oilers would be the champions, much to my annoyance not only because America's cup winning streak would be over (and it wasn't even a team i sort of like like the Canucks, Senators, or Canadiens who ended that streak), but also Rob Blake is still the GM of the Kings, so the Oilers didn't even serve a purpose by winning their first round series win against them. Had they done that i would've been more of a neutral fan (like i was in the NBA Finals) where only small things swayed me towards any particular side.
Panthers: (and this is especially important if they actually blew game 4 on purpose to win at home in game 5) DON'T PURPOSELY LOSE PLAYOFF GAMES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Stanley Cup Champions. I still can’t believe it.
You know what that means, Jaws. You gotta keep the reviews and all that going for next year. This is easily the best sporting night of my adult life, even better than watching the Broncos win the super bowl twice in the late 90s right as I started watching the NFL.
This makes up for everything that's gone wrong in my life or ever will
after years of not being able to beat Tampa to losing last year against Vegas, I think this victory makes it fair to say were healed and now Cup Champs.

I’m still in shock!!! Been a long time coming since the days of the Miami Arena and all the years of loosing. Now we are Stanley Cup Champions!! I still remember getting my Beezer jersey in ‘95 and still have it. So happy to share this journey with you guys!! Go Jaws Kyle Fluffy and Go Panthers!
