schmidt is unlucky picked up by vegas in expansion draft and lose the cup to caps, gets traded and vegas wins the cup, at least he wont starve,
congrats to your senators for improving to playoff contenders, im a caps fan, us and islanders are being targeted for next year with ottawa,new jersey getting so much better., detroit and buffalo right there as well, if PLD works out we are in,but it is a big if, love mangepane trade and logan thompson trade.

Schmidt had a very decent season.
Adjustments had to be made for the Jets & this made the most sense.
His career will continue elsewhere.
