One of the GOAT's. Love Geno!
But will anyone really want him to play after 2 more years? He's tired now.
The next 2 years is really all that is left in the core as “difference maker” type of players.
I don't see Crosby as being an different no matter how many worship him . Nobody in Pittsburgh wants to admit it .
Malkin will remain second line C for his career. It's never really worked with Geno and Sid on the same line 5 on 5. Geno is a legend. He's not Jeff Carter. He is much much better. A top 20 player of all time in my eyes. Let's get Geno some talented wingers and linemates to play with instead of a rotating platform of 3 and fourth line centers or Riley Smith 😂 that would be great! Pens owe him that much after he and Sid carried this franchise for the last 20 years. You can throw Jake in their top and the Pens crapped on him a bit in my eyes
Apparently there's a rumor that this upcoming season is his last and then he's going home to play in Russia.
