I actually think it’s gonna be a perfect blend of young goalies who realize their dream really starts now and raise each others bar by being more hungrier then ever…With that said, this is wolfs to loose…

Not sure what they do nowadays to bring in a goalie (Skinner 22yo is a freak, Hill is opposite 26yo).
Barely 6'. He's also super light/skinny. Hope he gains some muscle, his body can and will break down. My 15yo is likely as big or bigger.
What should flames do? 5-10NHL games, then minors for a few? Then back up?
How many games first? 40? 50? I feel that 40 is enough.

With the first year of Wolf's contract being a two-way deal, it sounds to me like the Flames are going to lean more on Vladar for most of the season. I imagine he and Wolf will alternate starts, and if Wolf hits a rough patch he'll be sent down to the minors to regain his confidence, Cooley will come up and back up Vladar, until Wolf's ready to return.
For the 2025-26 season, with Wolf's contract then being one-way, I imagine he and Vladar will alternate starts.
This, until a clear-cut starter between Vladar and Wolf is determined.
The only way Wolf will have a chance is to put a decent defence in front of him. So, he’s screwed.
Nice loyalty to a young player. Zero confidence by the team.
