I love making lettuce wraps – such a great, healthy dish because you can switch up ingredients for variety. The book sounds exciting! My first NHL game in person was when your husband was with VGK, and I remember him bumping into the boards at warmups to make the kids next to me shriek and giggle. 🙂 Thank you for the videos – I've enjoyed them a lot.
