  1. A playoff team is going to draft 1st overall.
    Let that sink in.
No team out of the bottom 10 teams should even have a shot at the first overall pick.

  2. If I were ottawa…I would take Drysdale 3rd…they still get one of the other real good forwards out there. The draft this year is full of good forwards. Detroit is taking Drysdale 4th to complement and build there D. That is where they are weakest. Stutztle is good…so is Rossi. Perfetti is a bit small. The wings have traded away a bunch of small…Nyquist…Tatar…and they still have small…Fabbri…zadina…Helm…others that struggle in playoffs.
    Detroit needs Defense

  3. 1. Lafreniere (probably Chicago cause the draft is always rigged.)
    2. Drysdale (Kings need high end defence more than forwards)
    3. Stutzle (Sens add high end versatile forward)
    4. Byfield (Wings need to take best player available)
    5. Askarov (Sens need a goalie of the future. Their defence is stacked, no one to stop the puck right now)
this is it. don't @ me eitther

  4. Quick question, I’m a Rangers fan, but looking from an unbiased and objective scope, where do you think Lafreniere would fit best with?

  5. As a wings fan, I'm excited to get another great young defenseman in Drysdale. The wings need to build a solid core on defense. They have good wingers on their top lines (and good potential with some of their prospects), but they lack good structure on defense. They simply need a few top end players on defense. Seidr could be one. Drysdale too. Yes, Lafrenaire would have been great–but I think the wings need defense more.

By drafting Seidr and then Drysdale, now we've got two really good prospects on defense for the top two lines.

Drysdale is a terrific skater and has tremendous hockey IQ. He makes it look easy out there. Sign me up. If he's gone Steurtzl would
    be great too.
