I created this video to show that there were so many people doubting Juraj Slafkovský after his first NHL season. But Slafkovský silenced all of the doubters in his second NHL season. A lot of people don’t realize how much pressure there was on Slafkovský in his first season. Everyone expected him to be a superstar from his first NHL game. But Slafkovský proved to everyone that he does have superstar potential and I think were going to see more of that in his third season.

I think he gets 80 points in his 3rd season
What I noticed the most about slafkovsky that I think is very underrated about him is his net front presence. Lots of his goals were tip in’s which is not a bad thing! He’s using his size in a smart way

Anyone calling a regularly drafted player a bust before they're +/- 23 yrs old is an idiot. This guy's not a generational talent and from a covid stunted draft. A big guy requiring development…and fans requiring patience.
Beside his offense, he is so good defensively on the forecheck as a F1 with his reach and his physicality
He’s not a bust but he’s probably not a star 1 OA pick. Hope he is, let’s see.
Last season, when almost everybody was saying that it was a mistake getting Slaf, I was
saying that he was just getting started and that he was going to end up being a force to
be reckoned with. I was SO right about this! Can't wait until the season starts!!
People love to call players a bust just because they didn’t get 3000 points in their ELC years, I’ll never get it
Seems to me to be a very similar player to Rantanen, maybe not your #1 player, but you can't ask for a better support player. Suck for one more year, pick up a top center like Hagans, bring in the demigod.
And now all of a sudden you have your top 6 of the future, along with solid second liners in Suzuki, Caufield and Dach.
Expect a 50-60% INCREASE in points???
