  1. He is #30 in points, and probably #64 in defence from all 1-2 C in the league. We need a new second line C, who would be a first line C caliber. And it be better a defensive C, so he can play against opponents first line, and give Sid more breathing room against some second lines

  2. Evgeni Malkin will be the Penguins’ 2C for the next two seasons even if tomorrow he wakes up minus 2 legs, an arm, and an eye.

  3. Would trading someone like Rakell for a certified top 6 winger be worth it? When I go through the top 6 as I see it, Rakell sticks out just because he's inconsistent. If DOC, Bunting, and Rust are certified top 6ers, and Rakell can fill that slot, would it be worth it to go get someone who is very good in that spot?

  4. Did I just hear someone say something positive about a Dan Bylsma strategic decision or do I need another cup of coffee?
