I could see a world where he cracks the NHL in his mid-20’s and everyone is like ‘where the hell did this monster come from’ and other worlds where he never even sniffs NHL time. Guy is huge (6’6 and 230) with surprisingly deft hands and skill, but also very raw in his overall game.

I think when he was drafted, Alrikssson drew comparison to st Louis’s Alexey Toropchenko, big European who went to the OHL and carved out a bottom six role
