Just read this guy's blog. He had a story on how he really struggled to quit chewing tobacco. It was pretty well written. Not what I expected from a 4th liner type of guy. He's definitely a unique character. As a Habs fan I hate the B's but it's hard not to root for a 32 year old career AHL'er who's got one last chance to make his dream come true.
I love the way Doc Emerick rests his voice when a scrap happens. And then at the beginning of the third period he just reports of a "couple of fist pumps" in the second. He cracks me up.
Lol boston trades thornton away because they want to move away from fighting, then sign this goon who has never played in the NHL before? boston just lost a shit ton of scoring chances. Might as well teach a 10 year old how to skate and stick him in the line up because the only thing coming out of bobby robbins is penalty minutes.
This game got about 900 000 viewers, The Leafs game got 2.5 million viewers. Texas has a bigger population size than Canada and the states couldn't get more viewers for a nationally televised game?

Robins is now saying he's got a concussion and possibly from this fight. He didn't tell anyone afterwards either. Honestly, I can't say if I wouldn't've done the same thing: 33 and finally making it to the show, only to get injured in the first game. Would I have hid it? I really can't give an honest answer to that one…
