  1. That is goaltender interference written all over it. Silovs stays well within his crease before McDavid nudges him over after jumping.

  2. The vast majority of goaltender interference calls in the playoffs this season have been complete trash across every series. That being said, the ref made the correct call here. Whether it was incidental contact or not the goalie was knocked over inside the blue paint and thus unable to play his position.

  3. If defencemen can push players into goaltenders and have goals taken away, this will set a new standard for defence in front of the net. Have seen goaltender interference called in two playoff goals, Dallas and Oilers. Two shocking calls that could change game outcomes. Are refs betting on games now?

  4. Pushed in. Yeah sure. We can tell who these guys are cheering for. Good ole impartial announcers …

  5. Canucks zone coverage way too passive – when the oilers have time to make tape-to-tape passes it will end olio in their net!!! Lucky it was called interference!

  6. Same goes for dallas ot winner. Theres no need to be inches from a goalie as few ft works just as good. The NHL does need to be more consistent with these calls though as I've seen worse called a goal.

  7. What a disgrace by the nhl, good thing the Canucks have no chance of containing the best hockey team in the world

  8. Goalie should have got called for diving. Could only imagine he injured himself from that over-acting.

  9. I don't like it. Too easy for goalies to feel a guy in the other jersey graze their jersey and they fall over helpless. McDavid had nowhere to go.

  10. the oilers are the biggest divers, they are the team changing hockey for the worse, making it to be like soccer, dive after dive after dive

  11. It shouldn't be that hard to get goalie interference right. They have let goals in that was way worse than this

  12. Lmaooo as nucks fan this was a bullshit call…. he fell right into the goalie with little to no push from the nucks defenseman….. what are we watching? Soccer?

  13. This IS goalie interference, but it would be nice if they didn't bail the goalie out for taking himself completely out of the play as soon as he felt any contact.
