1/2 the NHL makes the playoffs. Making the playoffs isn’t an accomplishment. Winning the cup is the goal and Lou just creates bottom of the barrel playoff teams. Lee and Lou must go.
You two can keep the participation trophy. The idea is to win the cup. Not just make the playoffs. Senile Lou hasn’t won in over 20 years now. He’s never won in the cap era and he never will. That’s what happens when you sign bottom six forwards,give out no move clauses and ridiculous length contracts.
No isles are still a middling team. duclair and a couple of 'depth ahl' signings wont make isles a contender. nj is better, wings aren't done making moves. East teams change quickly. Louzerillio and his run it back bunch will be left at the alter big time one of these years. Roy better be a real full time coach now.
