DK’s Daily Shot of Penguins: Who/what is Brock McGinn

The Pittsburgh Penguins lost Brandon Tanev to the Seattle Kraken in the NHL Expansion Draft and when they did so they lost an integral part of the 2020-21 Penguins. Since then, it’s been Brock McGinn who’s picked up the slack on the third line in place of Tanev.

  1. I fell in love with the Pens as a kid growing up with Mario, Jagr and Co.; but I remember falling in love with hockey itself when I got to see it live. Not the Pens, but the local Johnstown Chiefs. Hockey is best experienced in person (with Mike Lange in your ear. I like the new guy, and still tune in every game, but Mike was special.)
