This is a cool concept; didn't know it was a thing.
I have a few questions– starting with how the players are selected to fill the roster? Do they have drafted but unsigned players play?
Smith and Musty were great to watch at the scrimmage. They will be a joy together.
The Sharks were rated prior to the draft as being in the top 5 in the league for prospects, that was clearly evident for anyone who attended the scrimmage yesterday. The place was packed too for that reason, and they didn't disappoint with their show.
Nothing like watching what Grier and his guys have been up to. Stackin picks and letting them mature naturally. Way to go Grier

I would have loved to see more puck robberies by the goalies and include more goalie saves in the recap, rather than just the goals. IT sure is difficult developing good goalie in this league
I was super impressed with Eric Pohlkamp. He's had a great camp and in this scrimmage, he really stood out again. I can't wait to watch him more next season at Denver University (he transferred from Bemidji State). The transfer reason was for a further challenge since DU are always competing for a national title. He told TheRinkLive: "I wanted to feel more uncomfortable. Bemidji was awesome, but I just didn't feel like I was pushed enough … I want to get somewhere that I'm pushed constantly. I want to be practicing with NHL draft picks, who want to play in the NHL. I know all the guys at Denver want to play in the NHL some day"
