Linus Ullmark Traded to Ottawa Senators; Return for the Boston Bruins is … Not Great?

The Boston Bruins have acquired forward Mark Kastelic, goaltender Joonas Korpisalo and a 2024 first-round draft pick (25th overall) from the Ottawa Senators in exchange for goaltender Linus Ullmark. Ottawa will retain 25% of Korpisalo’s salary.

Immediate reaction? The return isn’t great.

  1. The talk at the end of the season was a second round pick By picking up salary, we got a first round pick So be it. Besides what if Sways got hurt. You trusting the season to a rookie?

  2. I didn’t want that tree to happen, but we might see something out of korpasalo that the senators didn’t get to see

  3. kastelic is a sleeper.he was a big scorer in junior-tough and they get a late 1st rd pick if idiot sweeney doesn't trade it again?he better not!
