Tampa Bay Lightning first-round pick RW Jonathan Drouin setting up a nice play with an assist at the Lightning Development Camp.

  1. although the play did end up spectacular I don't think any coach would want you to do any dipsy doodle moves when you're the only man back on the point hahah

    sick move though

  2. True, a little mistake and there goes 1v1 and you can take a rest on bench. Even worse if it is goal, what does some huge impact on game.

  3. True, but theres been players like him that used to do it all the time no matter where he was… Kovalev just an example, and he did spectacular.

  4. nice move on the blue line. Good thing that it worked out..cause if he did that in a real game (on the PP) as the last man back, his ass would probably be on the bench for the rest of the game. lol

  5. First CHL Player of the Year in his draft year since Sidney Crosby.
CHL Player of the Year and yet still NOT CHL Top Prospect.
Ranked third by the majority of scouts and goes third overall.
I don't really understand scouts hesitance on Drouin, nor Colorado/Florida's overwhelming need for a centre.
Tampa Bay this pick was a steal at third!
    Stamkos/Drouin! :O Please relocate to Canada 🙂

  6. You sound like a fool. It's a one way game. You want to make the move at the back to beat a guy and have space to do something and than feed it — just like Drouin did
