Mercer will get a reasonable bridge deal, like 3.5-4 for 4 years ish. I know a lot of people are down on him because he had a down year for some reason, but it could turn into a blessing. I think by the end of his next contract he’s a consistent 30-30 guy and we lock him up long term then.

RFA is inherently a very secure type of deal that has to have mgmt manually override it to nullify the process, or trade etc.
