Coming back on that one year deal after bouncing around the league was pretty amazing, as he was a key component of the Panthers back end this season. Let’s not forget that shot block that led to the series winning Rhino goal

I remember when we drafted him. tall, solid 2-way defenseman. reads plays well and prioritizes zone protection 💪🏽😸🐀 and a steal still available at 14th overall!!
was sad to see him go but elated to have him return. it was like when Radek Dvorak came back haha

The fact that he played a huge part in the game 7 win makes it so much sweeter. Loved when they cut to him after the Reino goal and he had a huge ass smile on his face. You know every single dude on that bench was telling him something about that save.
I was skeptical when we got him back this year but man was he fucking solid for us. He was one of my favs back in the day but I didn’t follow him after he left. Really hit me emotionally to watch him lift the cup!!!
