Halifax winger Raphael Lavoie is overhauling his diet this summer to help add some strength to his six-foot-four frame. “I’m eating less McDonald’s,” the Oilers second round pick said with a grin following a practice at Canada’s World Junior summer camp. Lavoie, listed at 198 pounds, says he’s already feeling better thanks to the focus on nutrition. “You have more energy,” he said. “You feel better in the morning. You’re less tired.”
