Pierre-Luc Dubois was traded to the Washington Capitals by the Los Angeles Kings for goalie Darcy Kuemper. This was a 1-for-1 deal with zero salary retention on either side.
Your hopes and optimism are misguided. Having watched every game he played this last year, any amount of ice time is too much. Hid potential is 100% on paper. Absolutely zero heart or drive.
On the bright side, no matter what happens this will NOT be the "worst trade in Caps history" as many knee jerseys reactions wanna make it out to be. Anyone know off hand what they got for Fil Forsberg?
