Do you think the caps should risk trading for McGroaty, I think it kinda make sense because he played will Leonard at the world juniors and love to play a play in your face type of game and he knows Miro pretty well

I think with the addition of PLD and the young ones coming up, the addition of a player like Guentzel would really help in the Ovie era and the next few years after. Whether it be Guentzel, Marner, Necas, Zegras in no order or priority in my mind.

I don’t understand this narrative that you bring up about him being a former penguin. I haven’t seen a single person saying no because he played for the Penguins. I’ve seen people talk about the length of contract based off his age, but not based off him being a former penguin. I don’t know where you keep getting that narrative.
