The Angels need prospects desperately. Our #1 prospect is hitting .222 with one homer. Baltimore's 30th prospect has better numbers than anyone in our system. Anderson turns 35 this year and will get us two top prospects– certainly one blue chipper as he leads in WAR among all pitchers. The Angels MUST trade him and Ward who is turning 31. Regnifo must go as well, right along with Estevez and all the expiring contracts.
The angels have at least 5 prospects worthy of being top 30: Caden Dana, Joswa Lugo, Adrian Placencia, Rio Foster, and Juan Flores, and then i guess whoever Perry is drafting, everyone else is complete garbage, whoever is scouting these players needs to be fired, we have 1 dsl team, our A+ guys are horrendous, and it won’t help that our AAA site is basically coors field, since we just called people up from AA. This farm is a circus. Please move off from Salt Lake City, it’s clogging players development, and it’s not a smart baseball thing to have, and they’re about several players away from a good farm system and team on the field.
