I'm in the minorty but they need to stop with the North Stars pandering. The Wild are NOT the North Stars. Time for MN to get over it and move on……..With that being said, I do not have a "favorite" Wild jersey. They've all been hideously hideous. Keep the name but change the color-scheme and logo. Also, I dont like the name "Wild" either but that's who they are.
I think the white jerseys could use a change but as of right now I like the current branding. the only thing I'd adjust is changing back to the original numberstyle.
I'd say current Green jerseys are the best but I'd love to see them with the old numberstyle and then have the old white jerseys. Never touch the red main color jerseys again. Awful Jerseys imo.
Another thought is taking the current North Star throwback and adjusting the colors to match the current wild colors.
They need a New Logo. The logo is boring and just flat out lame, people can’t even tell what it is…I heard a spaceship, cat, gopher. How about A open mouth growling Bear. I like the 78 colors personally, but that’s only because it was my era w Brots Bobby and Dino
It is a comfortable look to me but it doesn’t make them win more unfortunately. I grew up with the North Stars and had season tickets when they left. I’m old and irrelevant now not their target marketing fan base.
Please keep the logo, I love it and I am really worried they might change it. This logo is so beautiful! It encapsulates what Minnesota means to me and to a certain degree also my own identity …
You know a team sucks when we’re ready to go to dukes over the logos and jerseys 😩. Be honest if they had a turd logo with puke colored jerseys and they’d win 5 Stanley Cups in ten years im good!
I actually attended a MN Moose game at the Excel many years ago, great logo. I think they were Winnipeg’s AAA affiliate. As for the Wild, please do not flip the colors – the third jersey in the off green is plenty periodically. As for logos, I was never crazy about the Wild but it’s also not near the worst logo either.
Lastly, Florida will not lose 4 in a row. I hope Edmonton keeps winning just so there’s more hockey 🏒 but the team with the better goalie usually prevails.
Worst name, logo and colors in the NHL…….until Vegas came along. Now they are 2nd worse, but still the laughing stock of the NHL.
I submitted Norsemen as a team name, obviously never went anywhere.
