New Jersey Devils On Air Personality Erika Wachter will not be returning to MSG Network to cover the team next season.
Erika put out a farewell video to fans on her Instagram page a short time ago.

I was so jealous that the boys got to talk to her everyday.
I sense MSG is going to hire 1 person to do all the pre-games/intermissions at a central location where they can really jam the betting odds down our throats and cut costs. I hate MSG.

Big mistake by MSG. Erika was great. How freaking cheap can they be?!? Just give her what she wants, salary-wise. It can’t be THAT much.
Wouldn’t shock me to see Erika end up with NBC Sports Philadelphia. She grew up in South Jersey and is a big Phillies, Eagles, and sadly, presumably Flyers fan. She just had to hide that during her time covering the Devils.
With how great of a sport hockey is, its popularity in the US has been severely hindered by how the NHL has handled its broadcasting.
