Leon, please learn to hit legally. The force comes from keeping your stance low and wide and connected to the ground, or ice, so for the opponent it's like running into a pillar. Unleash the coiled legs like a rapid squat, without jumping of course, and turn your shoulder into the chest, elbows down. Keep the legs pumping like pistons if needed. The momentum doesn't come from turning yourself into a flying projectile throwing shrapnel. You say you don't have a record, well, you do now, unofficially. I want to see you win, consistently delivering clean hits.
