Who are trade targets for the Montreal Canadiens at or before the 2024 NHL Entry Draft?
Is Habs prospect Filip Mesar Underrated?

  1. I suggest you two to read Arpon Basu's last article about the combine and what he learned while being there this week. Interesting piece.

Seems like Lindstrom is habs guy, then Demidov and if both aren't available they will turn to a defenseman, he named Buium and Parekh.

  2. Size is great, especially in the playoffs but they get injured more often (Dach).
But players like Suzuki, Catton who rarely miss a game and are big points playmakers take you to the playoffs.
Habs only have Suzuki right now, that's why it's important to select a guy like Berkly Catton who is a left shot center.

  3. Drew,
Lindstrom and Eiserman are 2 or 3 years away to make the Habs.
Better make that trade to acquire one impact player to play with the Habs NOW.

  4. Zegras is $5.75m while Catton, Lindstrom or Sennecke is $1m for 3 years. If it doesn't work out it's our judgement. lets say we have pick 5 + 26 and Matheson 30 year old $4.5m and 3 years down the road and value NOW! D is strong so we can offer bait so we can get at least 2 of Catton, Lindstrom, or Sennecke. balanced lineup- Suzuki, Caulfield, Catton, Dach, Slaf, and Mesar, Newhook, Roy, Lindstrom, and the best 4th line in decades of Beck, Evans and Armia. They can score and shut down the best!
