  1. Sorry, I don't care how good Guentzel is, I don't want to be tied to him for $9+ mil for 8 years. He's already 30, halfway through that contract, most fans will be wishing it wasn't on our books

  2. I'd rather have Necas, a player who still has potential, for a 9mil for 8 years (which would be overpaying imo) than Guentzel, who is going to spend the majority of that time in decline

  3. I have ties to Chicago so if Jake leaves, hope he goes there. I don’t want him anywhere else in the Eastern Conference. Otherwise I want him in Raleigh if at all possible 🫤. We desperately need goaltending and guys who can put pucks in net in April and May.

  4. My question is if we are supposed to have superior depth then why did RBA vs NYR played top 3 lines for majority in the 3rd for a few games to match NYR lines per his post game interviews? What is the point to have deeper lines if we don’t play them.
