here for round three of the champions of the future we’re here at Slovakia the year of opening 2020 LP record set in time qualifying this weekend by y pel with a 49.9 60 the circuit itself though superb in terms of length it’s not the longest circuit that we’re going to this season but certainly it is a fantastic one 220 M down the main straight it’s 150 M down the infield straight track width around uh 7 to 10 m wide the actual total track length 1.1 km or 1,172 M to be exact it’s only 1 meter of elevation it’s a flat circuit here there’s some undulations there’s some bumpy Corners out there but the drivers so far have been loving it the circuit itself though so many corners 15 in total five to the right 10 to the left and of course those three hairpins all the drivers have been finding it a little bit of a challenge to overtake but we have seen overtakes and the opportunities that you’ve got out there are quite a few of them in towards turn one in towards turn five the same of turned 7 12 14 and 15 but every driver says if you’re going to go for an overtake you have to commit 100% any drama on the entry of a corner you got to back out of it top speed that these drivers will be reaching into all the corners as well especially in towards turn number one 115 km an hour that’s down the start finish rate of 220 M average speed around 85 km an hour so it’s a fast circuit Andrew but it is also a dramatic circuit myself Anthony Jord Andrew ma in the commentary box Andrew we’re looking forward to this one today we’ve only got six races four of them being the super Heats then the two all important finals at the halfway point of the season and we have new Championship leaders we do I think the thing we’ve learned about this circuit over the last two days is it delivers Drama by the bucket load and uh we’ve seen plenty of that across the course of the weekend as you say we have got Championship leaders new Championship leaders in both categories uh it is very very close we’ll get on to the more on the details of that more as we uh get through the first race of the day is in OK junor it’s super heat uh one or super heat a and let’s have a look at some of the highlights from yesterday [Music] well a little problem there with the the highlights package there we’ll hopefully try and give that to you in a few moments time but a little bit more about what we’re going into today super heat so Kickstarter with super heat one for the junior category and looking at the Juniors as well D van Lang and donk now no longer leading with the the points he’s only one points behind now it looks like we’re ready Let’s Take You Lo through all the highlights from yesterday of the Juniors Saturday for ok Junior was all about qualifying through to the super Heats Ricky Flynn Motorsports showed they once again had good Pace in the dry conditions the they started with a keen battle between teammates filipo Salah and Sebastian mins First Advantage would go to mins he would take at the first race Victory meanwhile Nicholas schaan knew it was a big day for him needed to score points with championship Contender Dre van langon having a tough weekend here in Slovakia he would take advantage pulling himself through into the top 10 getting more Championship points on the board Harrison Macky as well was looking to continue the format he had on Friday but have a tougher time with things on the way to try to add race victories to his tally Alfie Slater as well returned with some good form despite him nearly losing a race win on the last lap in his battle with Rocco caranel moving through the order as well was chrisan costoya the Spaniard showing once again he’s in True Form in 2024 three race victories out of five for powerin Motorsports driver no results worse than third he would emerge on top at the end of five rounds of racing rocker coronell would also race through to a strong finish having a tough time though were Forza racing as mentioned drean langon having a tough weekend Aaron Cara Osman retiring from one of their races early on andream Mary had flashes of speed but in the end would slip behind others in his races it really has been a weekend of uh tough trials for Forza racing but finish with Costo as mentioned on top Macky P2 filipo Salah with a we late win P3 out of mens and craying Saturday for ok junor was all about qualifying through to the super Heats Ricky Flynn Motorsports showed they once again had good well it was a very exciting day yesterday you can see with the Juniors Juniors have now made their way out into the circuit so let’s take uh you quickly through the starting lineup for this one Christian costoya starts this one on Pole Position brilliant day for him yesterday three wins out of five he puts himself in the prime spot felipo Salah starts alongside arjent cring and Ash Ain go from Road two but Asher Asin is missing from the grid and that is why that axle does not look set at all it’s bent that what if he’d gone out on track with that that have come off that have come off so that is a big big shame there rocker coronell and Deon Waltz they go from Row three Roman cab and Daniel kellerer on row four Jack iff and Kento C round out the top 10 on road five ahead of Alfie Slater and Luke con Bruno Greek from Jesse Phillips Scott Marsh from Jam rouso Jens Benet and Drew Waltz on row nine L Kay and kazaya gumo from row number 10 it’s gari and Nikita nikishov start on row 11 Oliver asmon and James Anis start on row 12 Arthur hang and xiaoi Yun start on row 13 Sebastian leaki starts on row 14 alongside Alex Mota jagar detroia and Bogdan cosm Christopher start on row 15 branislav Rena and Tom Mader start on row 16 Alexander chattier and Merl pelda starts on row 17 and it’s Remy samek and Paul andriotis Who start on on Row 18 36 carts in the field half of the drivers who’ve qualified through to the super Heats are we ready for a start away we go good start for costoya into turn one looking clean mostly through the field they’re all on their way Anthony to turn three yes indeed well here we go then down towards turn three and coronell looking all good there in that moment but he’s there in P3 not able to get the jump at the moment on the drivers in front so Sal’s not had the best start to this race he’s dropped down uh a handful of places there he’s into P five now as he tries to get his way back up the order but crucially look at the start there for Christian Costo has taken full advantage of that inside line in the opening stage of this race it just seems to be getting quicker and quicker as the as the weekend goes on it’s a a fantastic start for costoya down the inside as you say cab on conell there that was a good move from Roman cab and he’s up to third yeah nicely done let’s count them across the line then it’s costoya kayin camab coronell Salah from Waltz then it’s kellerer iff Slater craigy then it’s Marsh berett Greek koset zakari the top 15 uh biggest mve out there on the opening lap got to give it to is Canda Sakari for Forza racing uh is up six places in this race the same for Lou koset also six places gain there’s a handful more as well as Salah dies down the inside coronell just leaving that door open just a little bit now as Daniel Keller goes through as well as they go wheel tohe Devon Waltz trying to get his wheels down the inside is not going to be able to they’re chopping thick and fast and now Coronel’s just going to get swamped here craigy on the outside and it’s all going wrong here the Constantine effect kicking up here and it’s all going wrong for Alfie Slater his rear bumper got picked up there from the Constantine ring pack going into the back of him through turn 12 but he keeps it all four on the circuit and maintains his position uh now of P9 but crucially theyve tumbled down the order in the leaders are just broken away now yeah they are indeed this is particularly not good for rocker coronell who overnight emerged third in the championship points the two leaders sh and Van langon they come in the next race so coronell has got a bit of an opportunity here to make further inroads on their points Tes but he can’t do that from down in eighth place remember in terms of the intermediate classific ations the points from Friday and Saturday’s qualifying Heats they carry over and it’s another 75 points available for the winner of this one that gets added to that tally that was a beautiful move by Scott Marsh on Kenzo craigy there that was for 10th place again I think we’re going to see a lot more overtaking into turn 11 11 today no real big rain showers overnight the truck still in pretty good rubbed in condition from where it was at the end of a play yesterday bit more warm up this morning as well and the driver’s clearly enjoying it at the moment yeah certainly is one driver will not be enjoying it though and that is in the form of the number 32 unfortunately off the track and out of the race that is Jam rouso unfortunately for dpk racing uh in the early stage of the lap that is a big big shame for him and that’s a real shame considering rouso was inside that top 36 cut off before this race will probably drop out of that now that is probably a weekend Ender for the driver flying the flag for Panama Slater down the inside of coronell there gets through Scott Marsh having a go at the Dutchman as well beautiful switch back there by Marsh and he’s going to take that position bit further up the order here’s our battle for second place going through turn two now this is aan kaying and Roman cya their deficit to costoya at the moment just under 1.4 seconds interesting to see what Cab’s going to do here as of course this is a longer race it’s 13 laps the longest B the OK junors have done across the course of the weekend they’ll be managing the tires uh through this one as well how do you think they’re going to play this how what do they need to do differently perhaps to close that 1.4 second gap down well I mean that’s going to be a tough order just in itself uh well there you go that’s the first step of it if you feel like you’re faster go for the overtake and that is exactly what Roman cyab does he gets into second place that brings filipo Salah now into play as he though goes down the inside through 14 and 15 goes wheel tohe with ion craying as they go down the sub finish St but it’s not going to be enough and cring will have to concede those two positions two Ricky Flynn drivers now will start to break away cab though has got a good Gap already from these two but the gap between him and costoya is two seconds Alfie Slater warning flag he will not like that at all he is in p8 that’s a 5sec Time penalty yeah not good news for Alie Slater interesting to see how the rfms do now because he had a bit of bit of trouble within the ranks on Friday but yesterday they got that sorted took some race victories dominated in one of the later okay junior junior um qualifying Heats took a one2 3 4 so we know they’ve got pace around this Slovak carting center 1.72 kilm circuit end of lap number six costoya lead is now 2.2 seconds it’s going out ahead of Caba and Sal they need to find something now if they’re going to have a chance of closing down at the rate where they’re going to challenge costoya in the latter stages change a little bit further down the order Paul andriotis and branis lavena have both got past Oliver rasmon who had a really quick start did rasmason was up into around the uh the top 15 but now SLI back all the way to 26th Place new fastest lap of the race from Tom Apper it’s been a tough weekend for uh prer but that’s a bit of Hope there he’s gained 13 places so far in this one is up into the top 20 certainly is another move here down the inside nicely done there for Daniel kellerer on his fellow teammate iron kaying as they swap positions now kellerer will have the opportunity to try and attack the two Ricky flynns up ahead remember this is Factory Kart Republic team versus Satellite Ricky Flynn team here they’re running on the Lando norrish jasse which is one of the otk products of course uh out there but uh all these drivers seriously working hard here especially costoya who continues to actually pull away from camab despite the fact he’s got the Clean Air in front he’s not being able to match the pace of costoya sector time through sector one actually cab was around half a uh half a tenth faster uh than costoya but at that rate it’s not going to be enough and actually costoya goes purple sector one that gets taken away though Jack iff now takes it but certainly the pace is just ping ponging a little bit but costoya is continuing to break away yeah it’s a really impressive performance yet again from Christian costoya can wrap this one up it would give him poll position for the final later on this afternoon as o a bit of a problem there for fipo Sala this is going to be a chance surely for Daniel keler down the inside and that’s one of the easiest moves I think Daniel keler will have this weekend Salah got a bit wide through sector number two kellerer goes up to third place now and I kaying is also followed through into fourth place Devon Walt’s having another good race mentioned earlier FS of racing it’s not been their weekend but if there has been a Shining Light I think for at Forza racing this weekend it has been the young American in the number 40 it’s there again up in sixth place yeah certainly so now the teammates go wheel to wheel back down the inside iron craying uh retaking the position he had earlier on back into P3 now as he tries to hunt down Roman camab who is just a little further ahead so Salah now on the back foot once more the work he did earlier on has been undone now and like you were saying he’s going to have to deal with the likes of Deon Waltz alha Slater Jack EF who’s just jumped down to uh eighth place now Slater has split the two uh Forza drivers apart down there Scott Marsh still in Ninth Place ahead of Kenzo craigy Coronel’s gone down to 11th place and of Sil for car it’s still Jens Benet ahead of n Nikita nikov in 14th Place and koset still there in 15th uh and again nice little change there Jack iff getting back through yeah and uh Alfie Slater getting down the inside as well with a really bold move into turn number seven I think we’re going to see a lot of overtakes in that region of the circuit here today particularly drivers just giving a little bit of over steer to assert their position as Keller and Salah go side by side through the final Corner Salah goes through Slater goes through there’s the point from Alfa to say to his teammate let’s go let’s try and break away from these that’s not a good moment at all for the number 62 of Daniel Keller lost five positions there to the two rfms the two forter racing uh drivers and Scott Marsh as well for Tony cart yep certainly so the twoam mates again go through S gets squeezed out wide onto the grass he will not like that as he tries to defend it now from Kenzo craigy down in towards turn number seven we go and Devin Waltz gets p the likes of Alfie Slater again Slater uh jumping down the order is gonna have to deal with Scott Marsh now just behind him keler has jumped down to eighth place salah’s gone all the way down to P2 now coronell got through zakari got through it’s not been the one for filipo Salah who St to this one on the front row yeah he won’t be happy with that last move at all and uh yeah that wasn’t the best of teamw between uh the 20 and the 27 two more laps to go in this one Jensen benett has got past uh Filipe Sal now as well is up to 12th Place uh other big movs in this race tomier has continued his drive through the field is up to 18th to slate it down again that’s a better one he was a bit more alongside the number 14 of Deon Waltz there and Deon Walts could see was coming very difficult for drivers on drivers left through turns five and six CU there’s not a lot of grip outside on that outside line drivers kind of just got to give it up when they’ve got someone down the inside or risk losing more positions Scott Marsh got through in that exchange as well it’s get to sikari up 11 spots is into the top 10 that could be enough for sfari to race through from the outside uh into the top 36 but that remains to be seen here’s your race leader though Anthony chrisan costoya three wins from five in the qualifying Heats followed up with a second and a third as well arguably I think this has been his best best race of the weekend so far this has been a supreme performance Supreme performance and so far this will be his best round of the Season as well uh val janton did not go his way he only scored four Championship points there at the same as Valencia was a goodish round but it still wasn’t a massive Point scorer but this one at the moment 25 he got for the qualifying heat with this win here he will have maximum points he will get those 25 Championship points at the end of this one costoya takes it across the line ahead of Roman camab ion craying finishing in third place ahead of Jack iff and then Alfie Slater finishing in P5 but Slater remember has that warning flag he will tumble down the order uh Scott Marsh finishing in P six ahead of Devon Waltz then it’s Daniel kellerer Kenzo craigy and then is Kanda Sakari rounding out the top 10 but con Stoya this has been a very impressive weekend for him so far he’s certainly come of uh his own uh in this weekend I think what’s impressive is that he’s getting better and better all the time we saw this at the very start of of the international carting season that costoya was looking strong you know Under Pressure there were maybe a couple of mistakes here and there he seems to have ired those out now and is uh quite a force here in the junior category there is your provisional results the story from cab cring I and slated your top five on the road Waltz kellerer Craig and sikari the top 10 coronell benette Salah casay and PR all in the top 15 James anagnosti Aris good drive there to 16th Place ahead of Nikita nkosov Alex motto Drew Waltz and kazaya Paul andreotti good effort there up 15 21st but that will be the end of his weekend Oliver rasmuson Remy s sha Yun and Sebastian leari in the top 25 bton C christop 4 branis laena Luke cor Alexander Shier uh and Jag detroia all in the top 30 tough races for Jesse Phillips M PES of hang and Bruno G here he highlights uh good start for Casto good start for those on the inside row there you see Luke con running wide that’s how he lost a number of positions unfortunate there for Luke con would lose 16 spots there’s the first few getting uh someone getting a bit close limits with the camera on the exit to turn number two curious race s for Rocko Corell I just wonder whether the tires were weren’t quite there he had some good races yesterday they just seemed to slip back in this one yeah I I mean he was he was there but he didn’t seem all the there at the moment I mean he was just he was racing along he was doing a good job he was gaining positions he was doing what he needed but yeah like you see he just slowly fell back again big moment here unfortunately for Jam Russo out of the race just the two retirements in that race so it was a relatively calm race for all of them and there’s exactly what I’m meaning you know Cornell he was getting his elbows out who’s making the move but just losing it on exits not thinking what’s going to happen on the exit here and then just the field going through and yeah that is just a big shame for him hopefully he comes back a little bit stronger in that final Salah as well the same story you know a driver who had such a brilliant uh day yesterday and just yeah unfortunately this one dropping back and and just not having the car in the right position at the right time I think yes it was a difficult race for a number of drivers Alfie Slater was aggressive with some good overt takes working well at this point with teammate filipo Salah and that was Daniel kellerer losing out a number of positions I think this just was a bit of an ambitious move from uh from Slater bit far back not fully alongside and in the end it was a net loss for both of the rfms with that one good driving yet again from Jack I a lot of that we’ve seen this weekend from Jack taking that advantage and gaining two positions with relative ease this is another view of it Salah saw him coming pulled out of the St to make sure that there wasn’t contact between the two of them most significant contact between the two of them but yeah uh that was uh one where got to give it to Slater for being ambitious he was ambitious again uh down the inside the next lap but could have been more for the rfms there couldn’t have been anymore though for Christian costoya that was a fantastic drive he takes pole position for the final in OK junor later on this anony and is looking in really strong form he certainly is indeed well we’ll turn our attention now to to the senior category for super heat one and 18 laps this one 21 km Yin pel polling qualifying brilliant qualifying heat only one non Victory it was a driver who kind of snuck under the radar but again yesterday was a fantastic day is what uh you could see in store for that one well Saturday’s qualifying Heats certainly were an exciting one for so many drivers and at the start of the day unfortunately for Bernardo Aldi going out on the inside of the curb and out of the race W the wet conditions KY certainly took like a duck to water he was leading the way and actually lamped some drivers three times in that first race with some drivers deciding to go for slick tires even while the rain was falling racing continued morato took his first win of the day he certainly had a very good start taking the first win in the second race HRI pesel certainly dominated as well taking a win in all three segments of the second day of racing earlier later on in the race though Gomez turning morara all fighting but unfortunately bdk’s Matt Corby also got caught out as he went off at turn number three another one of the vdk was TBO rikas who slid under the radar a little bit at the start of the day but certainly came into his own at the end unfortunately more spills as Michael adir went off at turn number 15 as well as t ramas and Mark brco going off at turn number two later on in the day though ramas fighting back getting the good results that he needed certainly put himself up in the IC but didn’t find himself on the front two rows despite taking multiple wins over the course of the day here’s pesel again with Mark brco going wide once more at turn number two just clipping that camera at the exit of turn two but again pesel taking the checker flag who would have three qualifying Heat wins over the second day of racing Joe tney again fighting back in the latter stages of the day really showing what the Britain could do after a bad qualifying but this moment here with Jimmy elas and real Arts secured real Arts a start on the front row but no Montero would end the day on top very good stuff from the senior category drivers out on circuit for super heat number one let’s take you through the grid for this one on whole position it’s jindri pesel four wins and a fifth yesterday through Friday and Saturday joining him on the front row is Matas morato tibo ramas your new championship leader by one single point is on road two alongside Scott lindblum Andrea dup and vivet Canton start on row number three B mclin and Anatoli kalkin start on row number four Gabriel Gomez and Elliot kachinsky are on row number five they’re ahead of Michael ader and Miguel Costa Lou glaas and zavier aidz they start on roow number seven Luna fuchia and Guy Alba go from row eight and completing the first half of the Grid on Row nineo V and Freddy Lloyd Mardi and Sebastiano Pavan round out the top 20 on row 10 Hugo Marty and Tobias Pasco on row 11 then it’s gon buzar and Santino paneta on row 12 ahead of Marty ran and Noah wolf on row 13 Leon Bruner and Mark braco who has deployed a fresh set of tires on his right hand side go from row 14 Dante Vinci and Magic conik go from row 15 and the top 30 enement and Alisa bitkova who qualified second overall yesterday or on the weekend starts this one on the 16th row of the Grid it’s not been a weekend for her marus shilun and Jensen Graham on row 17 San Kos and vek trusa going from the 18th row and the 36 cart field well in this one we well we didn’t think that we were going to get such a consistent drive from any driver in this one but yendri pesel certainly proved us wrong on this one really amazing results in this polling qualifying the four out of five qualifying Heat wins only one fifth place and uh you know I don’t want to say he snuck under the radar a little bit but I feel like he did because when we were looking at the points it didn’t feel like anyone was breaking away indeed I think he’s really used his local knowledge fantastically all the way from time qualifying at the start of the weekend but this is a different Prospect you know you’ve got a lot of very strong drivers in this one they’re all hunting for one of those top spots on the grid for the final we’re ready to go here then for the okay Su p number one 18 laps underway good start for fal good start for ramakers as well ramakers has already got second place on the outside losing positions fin mclin’s come through as well have they all made it through the first couple of call it’s another good start for pesel good start for dup there as well the Italian is up to third well there green flag out at post two which means I think someone did go off at turn one I did see a glimp of a c go up in the air and I think I think it may have been Alisa bitkova who went down the order she is still running on the track but I think she’s dropped down even further than when she even started so that is a big shame ramakers there in second place he’s taken advantage of starting from from that inside right behind Yin pesel as they make their way through into the final hairpin of the circuit but uh as you can see both of them breaking away here and they D there in third place is trying to latch on to the back of these two but he’s going to have to deal with v mlon who’s run his rear bumper morato still there Gomez there Limon Canon then it’s Adar kavalan the top 10 right now as they whiz past the static camera at the exit of turn two fantastic shot that one but ramakers just yet has not gone for the overtake staying behind just right now and I think is just assessing assessing where uh yidi pesel is is just positioning his cards yeah absolutely pesel knows he’s got a decent Gap in the intermediate classification uh depending on how results go he doesn’t necessarily need to uh win this race so 15 points was is his Advantage at the end of yesterday it’s also been problems for Sebastiano Pavan a driver who was just on the outside of the top 30 6 needed a good start needed to punch his way through into that final that’s looking very very difficult now the Italian is all the way down in 33rd Place yes indeed well this one here very close between these two still no change keep an eye on it mlin sets the fastest lap of the race he’s now got past uh the likes of Andrea dup unfortunately while we’ve been watching this battle has gone down positions but ramakers will go go up a position here down into the race lead through turn seven nicely done pesel didn’t fight it so pesel again what you’re probably saying there he know he doesn’t need to win this race he can lo he’s got a he’s in a position where he can lose a few positions here he’s got points in the bag that he can throw out the window if needed uh and with mclin setting the fastest out of the race as well and closing in he might have a problem Noah wolf out of this race he’s going to get a chance to restart it oh he just misses out the throttle does it get it going it is coughing into life and it’s coughing out of life that is it he is out of this race and I don’t want to say it I think out of this weekend as well yeah in the second half of the field one of those drivers who mathematically needed to go forward by quite a distance to uh to get through and uh above the cut off for the final that’s not going to happen now what a shame for Noah wolf he’ll rebuild he’ll come back of course course uh but that is not the the end of the weekend that he would have wanted back with the race leaders ramicus from pesel good timing on the move again from TBO Ram because it’s been one of his strengths across the course of 2024 sensing that his teammate Finn mclin was approaching pretty quickly didn’t want to get held up behind pesel for much longer uh pesel is going with him the Gap is about4 of a second all of the top three in the 513 at the moment fastest drive on circuit Anthony continuing this very impressive first weekend at this level Scot 51.1 29 sat there in fifth place trying to close down the Gap to Matas morar ahead Gabriel Gomez having another good run as well that’s play the side for his uh damage but he still attached just have a look please on the driver’s engine side 308 well 308 there you were just seeing uh well that is Alisa bitkova who who said was in last place uh and she has retired from the race now as well so she is out of it but clearly some damage to the side part that may have been for the start of that race you were seeing there overtakes just in the background cavalin getting through a glacius kachinski Michael adir dropping down to P 12 with that overtake round the final Corner a little further down in the order as well I want to talk about some of the big moves in this one Ian ikeman for the barlot racing team is up into 20 first place 10 positions gained Jensen Graham as well for par Motorsport 11 positions gained is up into 23rd Place uh so there is some big movers out there keeping an eye on this one though ramicus not breaking away here pesel certainly sticking with it mclin’s not able to be attacking pessel just yet I was thinking with the overtake that we saw earlier on with mclan getting up to third fastest lap I was expecting him to really close in uh super quick at the start of this race but we’ve not seen that and they’ve stayed in the same sort of positions I think just making their way to the end and is that a case of a knowledge that they know they’re getting a brand new set of slick tires to that final later on is it just uh let’s just go with these positions maybe so me seen it’s a it’s a long race we’re not in the second half of it yet Scott Lim’s definitely pushing along .897 last time around another new fastest lap of the race for the young swed and now down the inside of Matas mcart fourth place well how about that what a move that was from Scott Li he’ll definitely have enjoyed that one uh bad news unfortunately for Evo buta just coming through turn 11 there you can see the stricken poin at the side of the road well there were some historics earlier in the weekend uh heroics I should say uh for Evo B with that inspired Tire Choice that led him from the back of the field to P2 in one of the qualifying Heats was in a decent position was just inside again similar to what we said with other drivers earlier on inside the top 36 but that retirement will drop the Polish driver outside of the top 36 that’ll be the end of his weekend indeed I want to have a quick update on Mark brco the only driver in this field who did deploy a new set of fresh tires on the right hand side uh and he has gained three positions but he’s still there in p25 he needs to gain a few more if he wants to try and switch over on that cut off cuz he’s on the other side of that one he is in uh Dangerous Waters to be eliminated here down the inside though glin finally makes his move for second place on yidi pesel and pesel goes down to P3 now now that’s still absolutely fine for pesel he knows he’s in a good spot here he could lose a couple more positions if he uh really wanted to I’m sure he doesn’t I’m sure he wants to stay there in probably third place or maybe even gain another one but he’s still in a good spot here to be on pole position for that final he just needs to keep it calm collected and stick on that rear bumper of mlon up ahead yeah with the math he is now on the bubble he’d be dropping 12 points here so again that’ be fine CU he’s got an advantage of 15 but if he does drop behind uh lim Blum he’d then be relying on kyz in the next race in this category to not win it uh it would be opening the door for the Belgian if lindblum could get through oh and he can get through down the inside through turn 12 a huge send for the driver from Sweden and that is a superb move on yid pesel I don’t even think he was expecting it and now pesel is looking behind him here now right what’s going on behind me I’ve got morato I’ve got Canon got uh dup I don’t want to let them close up here you’ve been calm you’ve used your bubble but now you’re going to have to watch that next race here because you could now lose Pole Position ah this is where the experience is really really going to be needed now for yri pesel to keep calm he’s pulling away from morato and Viv can Viv can again well we saw this yesterday from uh the young North American and he’s on the move yet again getting past the former world champion with that one there’s Andrea dup down on the uh uh behind on the prier racing number 298 closing in it’s a curious race for marato as well similar to what we saw with rocker coronell in the previous race I was expecting a bit more from marato in this one but right now just doesn’t quite seem to have that outright race Pace we’re on to lap number 11 now eight to go including the one that we’re on Hugo Mart having a good run is up nine places that might be enough he one of those drivers outside the top 36 going into this race good results here combined with some bad luck for others could pull him into the final then you never know you never know what’s going to happen in the final particularly with it being a much longer race and we’ve already learned this weekend that unpredictability is guaranteed here at the Slovak carting center yeah the moment latoo not able to make any Impressions on those further up the order here is a driver very much making Impressions on the rest of the field championship leader Tio rakas putting scoreboard pressure not just in terms of final intermediate classification but Championship points as well not the first time we’ve seen this card of performance in 2024 from ramicus in a super heat once again Anthony he’s looking so so calm at the wheel yeah he certainly is only two positions gaining this when he started on that second row Off the Grid but really shown great skill over the course of this weekend oh he in ikan seeing a warning flag that will not be well received especially as he’s made several positions up maybe one of those a little bit too feisty for race controls liking back here with the battle uh further down this is for P4 yidi pesel now Viv canthon starting to close in now Canon’s been making some good moves this weekend he’s been finding the places to overtake can he keep that momentum up going into this one and of course going into that final later on cuz he’s in Prime position to be in a good spot for that final uh in this one but again just needs to keep his uh head on here and uh focus on where he wants to get these overtakes cuz some of the overtakes he’s been doing have been absolutely spoton some have been a bit o that didn’t work out I think yeah particularly early in the weekend but what’s impressed me with C is how he’s learned he’s learned from his mistakes and that’s always good to see post 5 216 contact on 300 warning 216 please well there we go contact there that confirmation of why we’re seeing that warning flag so uh for Ian ikan so yeah just confirmation that yeah one overtake too many I think foremans and yeah it just ended up in a bit of contact there uh well race going on to lap number 14 of 18 now ramika still leads the way by 1. two seconds ahead of Finn mlin Lim Blom still there in third place as oh dear me that’s not gone well at all for vodek trusa unfortunately the driver of the 301 that nose cones dropped as well you could see it bobbing up and down so even if he finishes the race at the back of the field he’s going to get another 5-sec time penalty on top of that one yeah that’s a real shame for tushka who’s one of the wild cards here this weekend we’re back with the battle for second place Finn MCL and Scott lmbl has been a real roller coaster weekend for Finn mclin had difficulties in timed qualifying not just uh him many drivers had problems with traffic in timed qualifying such as the nature of this circuit took a win in uh in The Damp conditions now there is quite a significant amount of uh damage to the front bumper to the front fairing there right in the center Anthony of the uh the two 74 have this uh no further ramifications there for fin melman’s sake yes indeed well he’ll have to be uh careful here but uh he is pushing along very nicely uh done for Finn mlin over the course of this weekend he has had a race win again a driver who snuck under the radar a little bit here in the wet conditions he uh he stuck on a set of slick tires in the mid pack was able to keep it on the track uh in the middle of it uh with all those drivers on wet tires and then all of a sudden track DED and then he shot right to the front so uh inspired driver as well uh but again just keeping an eye on him uh the second day for him though yesterday uh was a day that was just filled with eight places you know eighth place eighth place eighth place in all three of his qualifying Heats he liked p8 but I think he’d like something get a little bit better here yeah he did manage to get some Championship points on the board with that performance though you’re absolutely right Anon he’d love a few more here I tell you what VI now is all over the back of grick pesel this could be the opportunity for others such as kyot to snatch pole position away from the Inc pesel here for the final see how those points work out in due course we’ve seen already this weekend Canon is not afraid to have a move uh on any of the drivers out here in the senior category about to complete lap number 16 TBO ramicus still comfortable out front 1 second clear of his VD racing teammate Finn mclin pesel digging deep now just holding that Gap a moment ahead of counter round quarter of a second yeah certainly so well I think pes’s at that sort of stage now where he’s thinking I need to focus now I can’t lose anymore cuz I’m really putting the ball in the other court now and thinking it’s not going to be in my hands anymore I’m not controlling this weekend if he drops any more positions Lim Blom low doing a good job he is uh piling on that pressure to mclocklin still sector one times a little bit faster for Lim Blom sector 2 it was a personal best for mlin so mclin’s retaliating here but because the track is so tight and twisty and actually quite short as well the lap here uh you’re seeing the Gap stay relatively close here back onto the start finish trade we go on the final lap of the race ramicus leads the way by 1.2 seconds he has really really impressed me this weekend TBO ricers not some good results he had P10 P6 P4 so he’s gradually got better and better and better and then at the end of the day yesterday two qualifying Heat wins he’s done exactly what he needed to do really come strong here um now leads the championship by just one point ahead of Zack Drummond who came into this weekend uh leading the intermediate classifications uh and the championship points but only scored nine points versus the 15 here from TBO ramas but into the corner here as a action further back as Canon’s trying to attack pesel pes’s held it off rikas though at the front he’ll see the Czech flag nicely done the Belgian puts himself in a really good position for that final and Championship points as well he might extend it even more ahead of Zack Drummond but Drummond is out in the next super heat let’s see what he can do but Rikers on top here in the superheats absolutely superb drive from TBO Rikers yet again easy to forget this is a driver who’s still in his debut season in the seniors of course but he continues to go from strength to strength 75 intermediate classification points for ravers in that one and another one to for vdk racing this time M cland there in second place following up the result that rakus and Matt Corby got yesterday Scott limam strong again there in third place y pel P4 Viv canthon completing the top five dupe Elias kalkin uh kachinski and Costa complete the top 10 Tas morato down in 11th place that is not what I expected at all there in that one Anthony Gabriel Gomez p12 Hugo Marty eight uh up eight spots to 13th top 15 completed by Michael dear and Luna fua top 20s for zavier aridis gan buzar Mardi Sebastiano Pavan got a what a shame for Sebastiano Pavan trouble on lap one clearly had the race Pace to race through got to up to 19th but I think he’s just going to miss out on making the final this time round let’s have a look at some of the highlights from that first super heat of the day in okay good start for pesel key for ricers as well Anthony that he got down the inside line immediately up into second place made his job a lot easier for later on in the race yeah certainly did and I mean yeah like you say not wasting any time straight away uh putting it through this moment here no wolf and you can see the cart’s not going but I think the body language there just says it all like that’s weekend over weekend done not making a final oh that was a big moment there on the curb that’s just hitting it at perfectly the wrong angle and it just pinging the cart up in the air for one of the crgs mclin having a good race as well getting past pesel uh moving up and finishing in second place at the end of that one Lim Blom in the latter stages as well of the race getting through but all of these was having a really good race three 213 213 contact on 3 01 one and two 213 please well there we go that is the culprit then of going through the 213 but uh that is Marty written and actually tumbled down the order on that race and that was the cause of the retirement unfortunately for vek trusa who had a big Hefty bunch of damage to the front of his cart okay Junior super heat 2 is coming up next 13 lap race back with the Juniors and this time led by Harrison Mackey who was the driver who we thought Andrew was going to be the dominant Force this weekend after the start of his weekend was three wins out of three yeah and it just didn’t quite work out for him in the drier conditions yesterday in those mixed conditions on Friday he was almost unbeatable uh started the day well yesterday uh if you think yeah we still had those mixed conditions in the first round of heat on Saturday we eighth and fifth in his fourth and fifth rounds but he’s still got poll position here virtue of the work that he did earlier in the weekend uh this is a field dominated by uh by the Britains at the front of the order four of them in the top five and Nicholas schaer in the uh in the middle of them there very important race this though Anthony I feel for Championship why well we’ve talked about that there’s been a change of Championship lead overnight Nicholas schaer has now taken the lead from D vanen Lang and Don will get more of that later CU right now let’s catch up from Harrison Macky yesterday here with Harrison Macky who didn’t win that race but puts himself on pole position for super heat to tomorrow Harrison the work has all been down to this moment here you had three qualifying Heat wins the second half of today and actually today has not fully gone your way especially when you’ve had to start on the outside Road tell us what was happening in those last couple of races in the last two Heats we started second they’re definitely a lot harder to start second you fall back quite at start the first the first start got pushed wide a little bit and it struggled but that one I think the start was a bit chaotic and everyone was everywhere but we sort of struggled at start but we sort of fought our way back through yeah you’ve done what you needed to do though you’ve got yourself starting on pole position for tomorrow super Heats and uh you put yourself in a good position still to get some Championship points I know we’ve said before you’re not in a championship position for this one you you’re you’re well down in the order but still it’s always nice to have and it’s great practice for a couple of weeks time as well isn’t it yeah obviously we’re we’re only here for this race not in two weeks but we’re showing Pace that we want to show Ready for the World Champ yeah exactly that well good to see but uh excellent stuff congratulations we’ll let you relax now enjoy your evening and hopefully not get caught out by some rain thank you yeah that rain was the biggest Factor yesterday wasn’t it there was a horrible bunch of rain that was coming over the circuit amazingly though we got all the racing done before an absolute Deluge of rain so luckily all the drivers just missed out on that one engines get fired up the drivers make their way out onto the circle let’s take you through the starting lineup for this one Harrison Macky and Sebastian Min gives us an all British Row one into this super heat Nicholas schaer and Jared Clark go from row two Noah baglin and on of a kid Mark round out row number three Boris lien and William Kia who was polling qualifying starts this one on the fourth row of the grid he did not have the weekend he would have wanted Andre Manny and Vladimir vanov round out the top 10 on road five ahead of s z and Martin a Bosco Adias who has impressed over this weekend will start on the seventh row of the grid with carrier fairand alongside Yus Moulder and Le crov round out row number eight effan durov and Dean hugor give us row number nine Archie L it and IL Christian have work to do from row number 10 y old poo the winner at Val arenton in round two starts on row 11 alongside the batiti maros savv and Henry Dain start on row 12 Marcel shabbo and clar kaval go from row 13 Jang Jose and franell cadal starting row 14 completing the top 30 on the grid for this one Matt royan and Marco G big story on row 16 championship leader before this weekend drean langon has not had a good weekend can still Salvage something but has got to go from p31 on the grid in this one he’s joined by Alexander darstrom on that 16th throw of the grid canish grow and Maria Netto on row 17 to 36 cart field completed by Row 18 zavier delov and Casper rold one point in the championship between schler and Van Lang andong to the advantage of schaer there are your intermediate points as things stand obviously with those drivers on your screen a number of them have completed their super heat so it’s Costo at the moment on 310 traying 249 etc etc uh the next highest ranked driver of course is macki he’s on 216 so he’s just outside of that top six but obious shoot back in there and get a decent result in this one but that story of schler at the front this is a massive opportunity for him Anthony Championship wise to get a bit of a gap on Dre van langon Dre van langon has just got to give it everything it’s got around a 30 point deficit to the cut off right now it’s not impossible that he could race through to get onto the just the back of the grid of the final that’ll be his aim but he’s got to have an allmighty race he’s got to be getting something like 20 positions at least in this one this could be spectacular it certainly could be we’ll keep an eye on him over the course of this race of course it’s going to be an interesting one especially when you’re fighting for that Championship lead into the tram lines are we going racing yes we are we are green flag and away they go down towards turn number one it’s a great start from Macky on the inside row backland getting squeezed but he’s still there in P3 just behind Nicholas schaer in second place they’re in fourth place you can see it’s the Ricky Flynn of Sebastian mins who gets up into that position as he tries to fend off the likes of Jared Clark who’s holding on to P5 through through turn at fours five and six they go there’s two cuts off the track and one of them is thean Lang andon his weekend is over the second place in the championship will score no points and there’s so many more drivers involved down here you’ve got the likes of Jiang Jose there as well D van langad Don is another you’ve got the 123 as well there uh I think that’s first yeah there it’s been Absol it’s not been a clean start to this race here yeah savv out as well that was all in the middle of the pack meanwhile at the front of the order end of lap one it’s Macky from schler baglin mins Clark lien Manny CIA kinark and Ian nikov that is your top 10 right now and it’s a close top 10 no one’s broken away from the rest of the field yet yellow flags out through turn five and turn six uh for the recovery of all those those drivers out of it durov love it batiti savv shabbo Jang and Van langon I reckon that is going to be the end of the weekend for all of those drivers real shame a real mix of stories you got drivers who expected big things this weekend drivers like Batista had such a good time qualifying as well as oh down the inside goes shler for the lead of the race he’s got it baglin slips through as well past Harrison Mackey Mackey looking for a little bit of a response but elects to just hold there in third but Nicholas schaer May well have seen his championship rival drean langat at the side of the road he knows it’s going to be nilpa for the Belgian this weekend and he’s decided now is the time he has to go this could be a key key move in the championship of 2024 it could be especially at the halfway point of the Season here’s Sebastian mins trying to go wheel tohe with Mack he thinks against it on the exit and now puts himself in competition with Jared Clark Clark tring to go for the move as well stays behind who’s himself is under pressure from Boris lien just behind as well in that sodic c but crucially like were saying there Shaler doing a brilliant job now he doesn’t lead the IC so we won’t get 25 Championship points at the moment he is only third uh Macky is there in second at the moment here’s a replay what happened at the start here oh dear he just got caught out he just got caught out you can see there he’s tried to kept the engine going he’s tried to get the engine going but now it’s just died and that is is a huge huge shame for the vanan Lang and donk just out of this race it is disheartening when you start at the back of the field cuz the the the likelihood of you getting caught out in someone else’s incident is so extremely high and it’s what we go it’s what go back to what we said on Friday on the circuit PA was that time qualifying session going to be one of the most important of the year I think the answer is most definitely oh it’s Clark and the number 97 of Manny getting involved there The Number 96 of kisia hops through takes two positions in all of that Boris lizen and Oliver kin marker away and G really M impressed again with Boris lien this weekend uh Anthony’s been quietly getting on with things now a run of every single race inside the top 10 that’s continuing at the moment there is one of the energy coures it’s Vladimir vov is’s slipping down the order a bit now it’s down to 14th there are your changes in the super Heats points in the final intermediate classification Poo’s got the top spot confirmed that’s we do know Mack is back up to P2 now in this one shaer holding P3 now that would give schaer an additional 19 Championship points he would extend his lead over van langen donk to 20 also crucially he’s gaining points he’s gaining more an advantage on Rocka coronell in third place this is a very good Championship scenario now for Nicholas schler it’s just the small matter of bringing it home yeah certainly so uh valon did not fully go his way in the qualifying and superheat scoring low certainly came back in that final did shaer finishing in second place but uh these qualifying it’s certainly proving to be one for schaer uh at round three and at the halfway point of this season banglin there in second place having a very strong race in this one you saw briefly at the start of this race got a little teddy bear uh attached to his uh nose cone at the start of this one not sure that’s to spec but uh I think it’s uh aerodynamically very efficient uh further down the order here though Boris lien big check over the shoulder to see Oliver kinark there in the kosy motorport cart trying to find his way through but not able to do so kisia just behind as well Andre Manny who’s just at the fastest lap of the race is there currently in p8 he’s dropped down just that little bit Martine just behind ahead of Dean hugor in the top 10 y POA the winner at uh valenton very strong performance from y pulara uh but uh at this one uh currently sitting in 11th place and is a potential maybe Dark Horse going into this weekend as well I mean yeah it’s it’s a curious scenario this is almost a bit of a repeat of what we saw in France that on the Sunday the number 76 has started to come alive is one of those drivers just on the outside of the cut off started this one from 11th on the 11th row of the grid can a gain of around 10 positions in this one that with a bigger distribution of points in this one that’s the kind of effect that you need to push your way through into the final and uh he came from a a way back in that final last time out as well so yeah you never know for the driver there in the number 76 could there be a little bit of a surprise yet again we’re on lap number seven about to complete lap number seven into the second half of this one that’s a move down the inside from collegia that’s not quite worked martinia takes advantage of that to get two positions for the price of one Mar it up to Seventh Place schaer’s lead is 1 second to the nearest 10th bagin P2 Macky there in third once again Macky at the moment set for the outside of round number one for the final it’s been a strong performance again I’ve got to say for Noah bin Bin’s weekend did not start well had a disqualification he’s he’s responded in a really really good manner the moment he’s set to be on the third row of the grid for the final and but more crucially I think he’s got the race Pace now that he was eluding him earlier in the weekend no exactly and and that’s a really good starting spot for him as well in that race granted he started on the third row the Grid on the inside uh for that one he will be starting on the third row again if he stays in this position uh of course I don’t think he’ll gain any more positions if he takes a race win actually no I think he would I think he would bypass Sebastian Ms he would go up into fifth uh so that would actually benefit him just that little bit as we go with the outside camera turn number two as they whiz past it even sounds good as well when they go past doesn’t it brilliant to see you just saw there a glimpse of One cart stranded on the outside it was a paralin motorsport cart at the exit of turn number four that is the uh wagon of sun Z unfortunately who himself has just received a warning flag also in this race but he’s out of the race so it won’t really affect him uh too much macki is he closing in on baglin here I I don’t want to say yes Bin’s looking strong but I think the answer is yes here I’m going to keep an eye on the sector times they’re kind of similar at the moment uh backlin was faster sector 1 actually was faster sector two as well and sector 3 well actually yeah it was faster there as well so no he isn’t closing in his Macky he’s but he’s staying there he’s staying consistent the gap’s just keeping the same and where would Mackey put himself on the front row but on the outside he’s in a good position still for this final and he’s had practice starting from there early in the weekend as well which could be very valuable it didn’t go well when he started on the outside did it so clearly it’s not all gone his way for the start of that one and when he did drop back he did really drop back and that’s where he got the eighth and the fifth place from is when he started on the outside of Row one so in the final is that maybe a a a bit of future predicting there but we’ve we seen before though that Harrison Macky one of the things that’s impressed both of us so far this season as bis liing down the inside of Sebastian mins that’s for fourth place uh Mackey has has this key ability for any driver at this level to learn from the bad times learn from when things have gone a bit wrong his form over the last five or six weeks has been impeccable and uh you cannot count him out in irrespective of what situation he finds himself in three laps to go including the one that we are on uh Martin ay all over the back of Ms now I’m going for a move down the inside into turn seven lovely stuff once again from the Italian another driver who’s running very well these last few weeks that is another move for him up into fifth place now that helps baglin that now in the intermediate classification puts bagging onto the inside of row number three because men has slipped back a bit here’s the battle for third Boris lien is all over the back once again this time on Harrison Mackey can Mackey hold firm for this third place lizen really has got some true waft in this uh super heat here he has launched an attack here on Macky Macky goes defensive now backing him up into Martine Martine would love some Redemption here on lien after that move down towards turn 15 but as you saw there Martine running a little bit wide at the exit of turn number six through seven they go into the quick turn eight and turn nine down the short straight through turn number 10 very easy to run wide here and we have seen overtakes through there but nothing this time around and yeah there you go Macky really hugging it to that inside line backing them up into each other and thinking right you can go for it here but now they go three wide on the exit of turn 15 as we go on to the final lap of this race Mackey controls third place but for how much longer lien makes a mistake he looks at the inside and Martin aay gets through in a third place superb Drive yakobo Martine is now up 10 positions on this one Macky needs to be careful here he could lose out a bit of contact and through goes the likes of Sebastian mins lizen had a disaster he’s tumbled down the yorder as the rest of the field go through kin Mark to the inside and now the 97 of Andrea Manny gets through on all of them they sneak past it’s all kicking off here and all the mean mile 3 seconds further up the road Nicholas schaer has no idea this is happening he will cross the line and he will certainly help himself out he’ll start on the second row of the grid for the final np3 where are the rest of them going to finish backlin finishes in second place Martin aay holds on to P3 and it’s Sebastian mins who gets fourth place but my goodness was that a busy final lap that was a very busy final lap m he does indeed hold on to his front row spot uh but wow he’ll have his heart in his mouth after that one I’m sure great drive from Noah baglin as well onto the third row of the grid for the final but it’s sha who takes the second super heat in OK junor and uh with real importance as well extends his championship lead with that provisional results of course that should be 19 Championship points for sha for being for being third in the final intermediate classification no points for Dre F langen donk and no place in the final for the former championship leader uh he retired one of many retirements in that race shord from bagy Martin ay mins Manny top five macki Kia kin Mark Poler Chris in your top 10 hugenon Clark Arias Dain lies in top 15 Ivanov vran ferand rold Moulder the top 20 other finishers Ral G kle Netto darstrom the kovski kov kaval and Shang ements for son durov love it batiti savv chbo the most important of them all D van Lang and Don no points at all from any of the point stages here in Slovakia but plenty for that young man there Nicholas schler dpk racing your race winner and in a really really strong position and I think he’ll like starting from third and in the final I think he certainly will as well here’s some of the highlights from that one Macky starting from Pole Position looked to be in control in the early stages of this one everyone just slotting through the Constantino effect kicking in disaster though would strike at the start post four opening lap 44 on the outside turns across the front of 98 98 and SP himself and then behind well then that’s showing then the Archie love it uh was called there for the driver involved in that incident as the one that potentially causing that incident as well so uh big shame for the rest of the field but yes for Dian Lang andon uh not making the final that is the biggest thing I think from that the positives if there can be any positives we’ve seen how things quickly can change here this weekend in Slovakia there still around to go it can just as easily swing back the other way but definite work to do uh in the last round of the season for drean Lang race of course continued for super heat number two good race for Noah baglin Forest Li in making the moves as well at this stage was rocketing through the field that was him going past the number 26 of Sebastian mins yakobo Martini also on the Move uh the Italian would in the end Finish third in this one it really kicked off here on the final lap Harrison Macky trying to hold on to these positions that would give him the front row start for the final bis lien who would lose out most and there again you just see there’s no grip at all out on drivers left through turn number five and six and half through all that hard work from the sodic Kart driver he would finish p15 d man down the inside of kin Mark as well very close quarters racing uh throughout the pack here positions being gained left right and center but no trouble for shler another race victory for champions of the future 2024 and he puts himself in a very very strong position for the final later on this afternoon he certainly does he is yet to win a final this season as well so be curious to see what he can do next race though coming up and it’s the last super heat of the day for the senior category and for us in its entirety only the finals will be next after this one 18 laps again you can see the cleanup operation just underway uh and well for this one Kai rot has a really really strong opportunity to start this one on Pole Position Andrew after the result that yid pesel had in that previous one he’s in a good spot but let’s hear what we had to say from our poll sitter P1 for super heat number two tomorrow Kai a brilliant day yeah yeah positive day uh I think I’m thankful for the whole team for uh all the hard work they did uh it’s been a tough few races uh but I’m happy to be back in the front uh we had a good day had a bit of rain a bit of dry uh show the speed in boat so I think for tomorrow it’s looking good talk me through the the the thought process behind that race and tactics and uh trying to keep morato Bay there in that one yeah I knew uh that the the guy in first was too far ahead of me in in points so I was like I have to focus on morato uh he’s the only one I have to keep behind to make P1 in the super E2 so that was the main focus for this race and not to win and for sure not to Crush how do you deal with that as a driver is to say could because you had Joe turny coming through he had Jimmy alas coming through they weren’t a threat to you in terms of intermediate classification what what goes through your mind when uh you know you’ve got those disruptors as it were uh around you in the in your race yeah I just didn’t want to crash make sure I bring it home uh we struggled a bit cuz uh for some reason I I didn’t had full break pressure so I struggled a lot with that uh also an overtaking was pretty hard uh so I was like just keep it on the road keep margato behind and uh make the best out of Tomorrow is ARG going be been the best performance you’ve had so far this season that the the pace has been really strong from the sodi this weekend what do you think’s made the difference I think all the hard work uh from the team from the factory and uh I think all has been just everything has been now good uh so I cannot thank enough sod card and as well Franco from TM engines uh yeah it’s been a good weekend so far so I hope we can continue this tomorrow very good well Kai brilliant performance keep that uh that uh performance going and we’ll see you again tomorrow perfect thank you well great to hear from maai there but like you say starts this one on PO position really good spot for him just needs to keep his head in the game right now and see can he start on pole position for that final Joe turny another driver who has impressed on this one qualifying 21st Place overall uh he did have to go out on slick tires on a wet circuit though for his qualifying session and amazingly came away with a seventh place at the end of that one which I think in its own right is a good achievement did Come Away with a race win second race of the weekend and has not been outside the top five in his results that’s why he starts on this front row so again he’s fairly high up and he’s in a really good position to maybe also Come Away with a victory in this final Noah Montero as well his last race of the day ended in a victory his only victory of the weekend after qualifying second overall yeah it’s been some really good pace for the uh the carton republics this weekend as we have a little quick view of some of the action on the uh on the full circuit here at the back here ring it’s risky doing that I’m a huge fan of motorbikes as well and I could see there that one of them was a BMW so I’m a big fan of them uh but back to cards back to carts here we go here’s a paralin this is more interesting Zack Drummond uh who starts this one on the second row of the grid 38th in qualifying for the driver who was leading the championship going into this weekend yeah really intrigued to see what Zach can do from this one because as you say that another one of the drivers who had a tough qualifying but has clearly got a good bit of race Pace no result worse than eight so far this weekend and especially now that ramicus has put put a bit of scoreboard pressure uh on Drummond it’s going to be a key race in his championship campaign he’s one point behind uh ricas going into this one as the uh uh the crowds form on the uh on the bank there that’s just outside of turns one and two really close situation in terms of Championship points this ramicus before the Super Heats on 156 Drummond as I say one point back on 15 Gomez 134 very much still in play pesel has pushed himself in there as well on 101 I wouldn’t count out the likes of Joe turny and Finn mclin uh yes they’re some 60 points or so back but again 25 for being top of one of these ic’s at this stage and then 50 for the final you know it doesn’t take long to really get yourself in the mix green lights on then here we go then for super heat number two here’s your grid KY wills and Joe tney on the front row of it no Montero and Zack Drummond on row two leis W and David coso Christopher on row number three ahead of Jimmy elas and Alexander Bev Leo Neilson and Mark di nitki on row five the MV and Salam Hanah on row six leis Francis had a wild moment yesterday uh around turn two goes from row seven is alongside Millo dcka Aaron Garcia and Andy canani are on row eight completing the top half of the Grid on row nine it’s Peter Stiller and Ric faer roow number 10 and giving us our top 20 C yakar rashki and Al AO mat Corby who had a retirement in his last race of the day yesterday at turn number three he starts on the 11th throw of the grid we’ll have alons Mian alongside Casper henriksson and tamame Cay go from row 12 ahead of Blake Nash and Tom dusel on row 13 yakob cck has deployed a fresh set of ties on his right hand side of his cart he’s the only driver to do that he starts on the 14th row of the grid ahead of tisano Monza Amil K Visto and graim Skov go from Road 15 and giving us our top 30 ahead of Dominic simc Luso Berard bonaldi vananga clemenson Nik hanal and Marios ly who round out the 18 rows 36 cards a look at the intermediate classification pesel at the moment leads it head of ramas limo morato mclocklin and dup obviously in this situation KY real art Su sits eighth in the intermediate classification has 221 25 points point for this race if he gets added on maths quickly I can’t he’s got to win it he’s got to win it this one ladies and gentlemen if he wants to start on Pole Position there again the hardworking Marshals been absolutely fantastic this weekend have been dealing with wet dry wet dry wet dry conditions exactly the same as the drivers and the teams mechanics and everything like that uh but they’ve been out there on the the circuit working very very hard keeping the drivers nice and safe but with our drivers here safe is I think an option not in a driver’s vocabulary they will fully send it I’m sure in this one real Arts will need to know he needs to win it Joe turny I think he’s in a situation here where he knows that if I win this it benefits me but not too much I’m going to be starting the final no matter what and I’m going to make my way through any position helps but I think it’s going to be a t one for reals lights go green here we go down towards turn one and real gets a good start he holds on to the inside line Montero and tney go wheel tohe but tney has to concede that spot and goes down into third place mono up to second they’re in fourth place Lewis WLS had a good start and already immediately mono goes wheel to wheel and gets the lead of the race real Arts gets squeezed out wide and I thought that was his race over and his chance to start on pole over already now he needs to focus and dig deep cuz he needs to close in here but the te reflector is kicking in he hasn’t got the power out of the corners and look at Montero he’s driven away already and we know that mono has got some very good single lap Pace he had a fantastic run in time qualifying we know he’s a fast starter he can break away from the rest of the orders the thr goes turning oh there’s a real mess at turn number seven out there uh radic vav’s Gone Matt corby’s gone tame s Tom doal I think Ludo BSO was also involved in that that so for all of those drivers that’s again drivers in the middle of the pack looking to book their ticket through to the final and it’s gone on lap one yeah that is a huge shame here big send down the inside Jimmy elas on Lewis WL gets his nose down the inside and then the Hulk cut through as well WL now will have to defend from the likes of Leo Nelson just behind who is having to deal with Dimitri mvv at the moment they go through the yellow flags at turn number seven so no overtaking through that sector they’ll have to wait for the green flag and down the inside weel is tumbling down the order this is a huge huge shame for the young Britain yeah WL is uh has got CAU republics everywhere to deal with right now very difficult indeed in Zack Drummond is is the next driver who’s going to look to find a way past the uh the youngster there in Forza racing number two20 intermediate classification situation this result as things stand would give pole position to two pesel he’s got a ninepoint advantage over KY ret KY ret has got a six-point advantage over Joe turny so if Joe turny can catch up to his teammate no Montero and find a way through he could get himself onto the front row of the final but that’s going to be easier said than done because no Montero you know he’s had a a good weekend some difficulties at times got caught out with a Tire Choice earlier on at the the start of Saturday when he’s been on it he’s been a very very hard Prospect for the rest of this field how’s Zack tummond getting on well at the moment he’s not in the top eight in terms of intermediate classification or in this race so in terms of Championship it would be T ramicus extending his lead it be 17 points for ramicus virtue of fourth place in the intermediate classification looking good for the Belgian but still plenty to be decided in this one keep an eye out on Jimmy elas as well in this race we’ve seen a lot of over taking from the Frenchmen this weekend he’s a little little bit further back in terms of the championship 20th Place in the championship uh at the start of today but he’s definitely the kind of driver with the that that aggression that we love to see there in the 253 it could be a real problem for the likes of reals turny up ahead it certainly could be well race seems to have simmered down just a little bit now as drivers get themselves focused and dialed in on this 1.1 km circuit at the Slovakia ring and still Montero leads the way ahead of Joe turny as they whis past the camera at the exit of turn two a fantastic shot a real sense of the speed these drivers can carry around that turn and that is right next to the the pylon that is there on the circuit it’s very similar to uh the likes of Ry house but we won’t compare this track to Ry house this one is a little bit nicer I both very technical circuit they’re both very technical circuits but this one doesn’t have a dinosaur theme par right next to it uh right mono leads the way though still ahead of turny uh here though Demitri mvv having a good race he’s got the likes of his teammate Louis Francis just behind WL just behind them as well I think WL needs to gain some positions here and that is exactly what he’s about to do he sends it back down the inside of Lis Francis and Francis just goes fine all right go just keep going don’t defend let’s uh see what we can do uh in the next few stages of this one yeah L were through turn two where he had that wild moment yesterday clipping the grass nearly making uh having a visit with the camera there at and the exit of turn number two 50.87 4 new fastest SL of the race that’s some nice race Pace from SIM Hanah Hanah is currently in 10th Place just got aead of his teammate Alexander Bev on lap number six Isaac Drummond one from the back of this group there in ninth place they’re looking good to pick up some Championship points but is just not quite been on uh on the outright Pace that we’ve seen from Drummond earlier on in the season just trying to save a little bit for the final front end setup of the cart so important around here just noted again there Drummond not able to take as tight to line with some of the others through turn 15 might be having a bit of a struggle there with the handling yeah might be so I mean it is a long stage this weekend these are the same slick tires they’ll have used over the course of time qualifying the all of the qualif ifying Heats and of course now these super Heats so they do get a little bit of strain over the course of them uh like we were saying only one driver deploying a fresh set of TI on the right hand side saving them uh for this race and that is yakob kamic uh now where is yob cck he is up 12 places into p15 now what does that mean does that put him in a good spot here to potentially get through to that final he’s going to need some other Misfortune for others but he he’s definitely going in the right direction you think he’s only just in the uh in the top 36 from the combination of these two races these two super Heats I think he need a bit more margin uh than that getting up towards the top 10 uh if uh if CET is going to be comfortably through and into the final but still got a good number of laps to go we’re on lap number eight nine laps to go in total down into turn seven go the drivers competitive racing here yeah certainly so well Montero still holds on to it he is still breaking away from the rest of the field there you’re still watching the battle between Joe turny K reux and Jimmy helas and I think helas is going to go for a move no he stays behind replay here post five lab is a report 264 contact on 307 for 307 so contact there for 264 apparently now I’m looking up my screen here it’s going to be cic it will be cic won’t it so and he’s still in this race so that will mean he will receive a little bit of uh I think attention attention from the stewards after this race Sim now with the fastest lap of the race for the premier racing team good to see that SAR is is fighting fit back out into the track yesterday had a bit of a a bump out in the circuit ended up retiring from the last race of the day and looking walking a little bit gingery like a bit hurt and bit of pain so good to see that back out now we’re going to see the dive down the inside from Jimmy elas through past KY rarts at turn number 12 and says thank you very much to the Belgian as he moves down uh to P4 now and what does that mean for Joe turny well it means now they’re joint on points but because real Arts out qualified Joe turny turny still sits there on the second row of the Grid it’s all down now to Leon Nelson here if he can try and close in but the Gap is well it’s a little bit but it’s doable I would say for Leon nson definitely doable definitely doable when uh when he’s got a teammate right uh on his rear bumper as well oh as out of the races Bernardo bernaldi is a really tough weekend for bernaldi had a strong time qualifying a number of incidents though and he’s going to be out of this one out of the weekend not the way that beraldi would have wanted to finish things no he has that that turn one has been his is Achilles heel this weekend he has been he’s I think he had a couple of races in the wet conditions where he got caught out at the start and he was shoved onto that inside line and then uh now here he’s have he’s got more drama and he’s gone off at the exit it’s just not been his weekend and unfortunately is that going to be a weekend over incident for him I think so as well so I think that will be the last time we see Bernard monaldi racing on this circuit this weekend which is a big big shape Jimmy alas is he’s closing in quite nicely here on Joe turny realart is staying with him that’s actually quite vital cuz if Kai realart can stay with the likes of Jimmy Alas and close into turny he might have an opportunity here to regain a chance of starting a little higher up but he’s not going to be able to catch the likes of mono I don’t think there’s a look at the points that the drivers will gain from these positions they are in as you can see Montera will gain 70 intermediate points ahead of Joe turny 69 then it’s Jimmy Ellis is 63 and so on so on so on down the order but uh for all these drivers in this one uh it’s just a case of gaining those positions as much as you possibly can yeah I I mean this situation for real he’s going in the right direction where he doesn’t want to be he falling into the clutches of neelson and matv uh behind and he’s he’s pulling away from them right now here is that group fifth sixth seventh the two card republics joined by Lewis WL there the xpre chassis uh with Forza racing continuing to impress across the course of 2024 it’s been to change further down the order Andy consani has got past Jakob kamik for 15th Place on the road end of lap number 12 into the final third of this one mono’s lead is 1.8 seconds ahead of Joe turny Jimmy elas still there in third kot starting to come back a bit is only 3/10 of a second behind and in fourth place keeping that Gap to neelsen MV and where will behind around 6 to 7 T I actually think for neelson and matv and WL they going have to think about Sim Hanah we mentioned and as good race Pace early R in this one Anthony he’s continued that progress he’s only half second behind yeah he certainly is so uh again and we saw how exciting the last lap was in the super heat earlier on I suspect it might be the same here if it all gets that perfect storm drivers catch up and then they start defend and I think it all might actually start with the likes of Joe tney and Jimmy elas because if elas can close into turny turny will defend it CU he wants to gain as many points as he possibly can he does not want to lose any more positions uh and if that backs it up real Arts puts himself in a dangerous spot here with if Nelson closes in and all sorts there’s only 610 of a second between those two now as David Cosman Christopher sets the fastest lap of the race he’s making uh good Pace he’s there P10 he’s down a few positions but he’s still in a good one here WL not being able to find a way back past these uh two c Republic drivers in the likes of De mvv and Leo nilson but still has really stuck with them here now he’s going to try and make a move down the inside nicely done that brings Sim Hanah right into play Here and Now mvv is going to have to be on the defensive here cuz Sima tries to get it down the inside the bra cut though staying just behind of these three yeah good timing there from leis WL was aware of the threat from behind in the shape uh of the Colombian decided yet got to get through don’t want to be the first driver vulnerable to one of the fastest out there on track through turn two once again full commitment on their way to turn number three where will breaking away from matv now matv checking over should and Han for Miles back what a move that was from salm Hanah full send licked the stamp and uh got it to its destination of p7 yeah nicely done there for Sim hanar I think again MV was just not ready for that one was I think committed to the corner and as well it’s happening further back as well down the inside damios M Christopher getting past uh Lewis Francis who goes down to P10 now so there are position changes happening now in this latter stage of the races too mono unfortunately sees a warning flag I suspect that’s probably going to be his weekend over as well he’s not had a good one uh this weekend at the Slovakia ring right eyes on Montero he still leads 1.8 seconds further up the road from turny well Jimmy Ellis has not closed in the Gap is still around 1 second now between elas and Joe turny I think that is going to stay the same I don’t think we’re going to see see any change there real artarts is in fourth place he’s really going to have to be careful about Leon nson and Le WL behind though if he loses one more place he loses out on the front row start yeah he does but he’s got a decent Gap over those two drivers behind I tell you what else about no Mata with this uh with this performance he’s going to like where he’s starting on the inside Row three fifth on the grid do something from there remember we starting on the second row of this one let’s have a little look at a replay number 38 contact 242 38242 well there you go confirmation there driver is being caused out warning flags for the 238 that is why we’re seeing that warning flag uh for grinov uh unfortunately he will see that one but that is a a big shame back to the live pictures here now and still no change here between these two they are staying line of stir uh but good to see that WL is just pushing along here as we go on to the final lap of this race Montero leads the way and looks very strong he does indeed has been in full control of this one from the early stages Lewis W trying to find a way through and an opportunity past Leo Nelson for this fifth place don’t think he’s going to risk too much uh here though doesn’t want to undo all the hard work that both these drivers have done across the course of the last 17 and under half laps but no mono from third place on the grid has been in full control this is back to the form that we saw from mono is oh out of the race is the 303 of Maris latki that will be the end of the weekend for one of the local drivers here in Slovakia but no Montero marches on Victory in super heat number two books himself onto the third row of the grid for the final and it’s his second race win of the weekend more importantly in terms of the form book that’s two in a row for Noah Montero he’s looking very very good here he’s followed in by his teammate Joe tney who will be ahead of him directly on the grid third on it for the final will be Joe turny pending of course at this provisional result Jimmy elas P3 another good drive there from the Frenchman KY and Leo nilson complete the top five well a good result and there you can see the Su just at the bottom of your screen it does confirm drivers will be in a very good spot for these races pesel confirms his Pole Position start ahead of Ky rarts who will be starting alongside him Joe turny will have the inside going in towards turn one on the second row of the grid will have too ramas alongside as well there’s a look then at the provisional classifications as well from that race a brilliant run yakob K P4 13 places we’ll have to see we’ll have to do the maths on that one to see did he just make the cut through to get into that final cuz if he did that is an effort for the DCR Motorsport driver uh and the rest of the results as well brilliant stuff but only uh quite a handful of retirements in that one Marius uh ly right on that last lap Bernard Baldi the another one of the retirements radic fav Matt Corby tamame s Tom Doo lovic abuso so many big names in that one all out on that opening lap and uh a hefty cleanup operation underway here’s a look then at the highlights from that one and again good start initially from Kai REITs but keep an eye on Montero starting in that P3 he gets his teammate done down the inside there we go turn it down to third place and then Montero immediately later on the lap would fight back two of the cars taken to the curb there Carnage would ensue later in the lap for these drivers Montero there you can see the first attack down the inside and I thought it was going to be really all over there for real Arts as he hit that curve yeah that could have all gone wrong for uh for the pole C it definitely did go wrong on lap one for BSO dool C Corby and vavra they would all be out of that one and that would be the end of the weekend for a number of those drivers L WL had a few problems at the starts lost out to Jimmy elas and then uh was having to deal with all of the cart republics in the half of Slovakia it would seem as through went uh three of them there but WL would fight back later on in the race knowing he’s got good race Pace as these races uh grow that was him down the inside of LS Fran in the 257 uh LS Fran saying y happy with that keep going on let’s see what we can gain later in the race Jimmy elas number of great overtakes that was another one uh in the Show reel for the Frenchman third place for vict Lane ahead of kyot out would go Bernardo beraldi on lap number 10 end of the weekend after the driver flying the flag for Italy latter stages the WL fight backward would continue that was him down the inside of Matt via This Was An Almighty move Sal Hanah gave respect to MV as well gave him racing room Hannah was on the edge but in control all the while and that was a good move for seventh place was indeed bogon Cosmo Christopher also gaining those moves on his fellow teammates that the last retirement of the race uh maros L unfortunately out of this race and out of the weekend Montera though taking the win across the line a superb effort from him puts himself up Fifth in the intermediate Med classification and crucially that means Championship points awarded in that order as well well that brings us the end of
