Gotta hand it to the Oilers. However that was the worst coaching I've seen in the first period by tocchet. What was his gameplan? To just keep changing the lines every 20 seconds? They dumped the puck in like a million times just to do a line change instead of trying to create a play. Then when the new guys come on they are FORCED to fight for possession in the Oilers zone. (Which they never EVER won). The Canucks dont seem to value posession AT ALL. The chose to play defense, right from the puck drop lol. Wtf. They never once had a decent play entering zones. Everything looked like they were just "wingin" it. Terrible passes, running into each other, mis-communication, ugh the list goes on. I blame tocchet on this one. Sorry boys
