I love the added element of psychology that seems to have been set in place with the new management.
Size and skill are great, but can they (a) thrive in a market like montreal, (b) have the drive to work on weakness and get better, and (c) how will they react in high pressure situations like the Stanley Cup final.
I wonder how much they weigh these interviews against scouting reports and viewings.
