I think the reason they went without Ty is because they were worried he would rage in the theater.
I don't remember experiencing a sunlight shocker when leaving the theater (possibly because thwy turn the lights on before we exit the auditorium) but I remember there being a heatwave when I got out of the building and having to wait a while for my mo mto come get me. I also remember it snowing one time as I got out of the theater.
