Wild..Looked grim for the Oilers early. Down 2 in the first 6 minutes. Dallas was all over them. Oilers fans glumly looking at being down 3-1 going back to Dallas.Then, Skinner makes what may wind up being a series and season saving stop. Then…they all started skating and was like they exploded. After the shorty and (basically) next shorty Dallas never really threatened. They looked shell shocked.
They'll reset and come back strong I have no doubt, but it was still wild to watch what Edmonton did after things looked so bad so early.
A team of five can achieve results only in conditions of non-prohibition of power struggle. As the current rules have done.
Is it just me, or do the Oilers give up more than their fair share of first-minute goals?
