I've been saying Dillon is a good fit regardless. Big, Physical, solid defensively. He's a Tocchet type of player. You know what you get out of him. He also protects his teammates so that's always good to have in the room.
Are the canucks management having brain fars on picking up and holding on to defencemen that can carry the puck from behind there net to at least the blue line and beyond to create an offensive drve?
Zadorov just lost all of his leverage.
Based on his scouting report on Sports Forecaster, he seems like a good fit for Hughes. It says nothing about how physical he is or isn't, but he can move the puck and is a solid defensive defenseman with great size and experience. At 33, he's probably going to be on a 1 or 2 year deal, but in that time, things can change. As long as the cap hit isn't too high, sure.
at 6:35 you said Ian Cole was bad? Bro he was line 1 PK and carried that line. Sure he had some unlucky bonces but no one looks at his good plays. In the Nashville series, he had 3 last minute game saving blocks that saved the Canucks from going into OT in game 6. Even Rick Tackett said he was the reason they didn't go to OT.
