Evan Bouchard had an incredible season with the Edmonton Oilers and he stepped up even more so far in the playoffs. Bouchard made NHL history by having the most points by a defensemen after two round in the playoffs. He’s already proven that he is one of the best 2 way defensemen in the NHL. And I also think that he doesn’t get recognized enough for that. This is why Evan Bouchard is very underrated.

He’s a top 5 Dman this year
His defensive play is iffy, but being paired with a stud like Ekholm negates that liability.
