NJ showed up in game 2 and played one of their better games, but the Kings didn't back down. They pushed back and pushed back when it mattered, dominating the OT frame and scoring the big goal. Thank God the Kings have been able to handle that terribly boring trap. Crisp passing and out with relative ease. NJ has to play the trap because they have nothing else. If they switched it up, the Kings would seriously burn them.
some people get overtaken by emotions. Been a die hard Kings fan for 25 years but know that to win SCF means to win four. And you are absolutely correct. It could go either way.
I don't think people realize how hard it is to make the NHL as a defense man before the age of 20. Doughty did it out of juniors. Dude will be a fixture in the Norris race for the next 15 years
I was at this game and called the goal to my dad as he gained speed in the neutral zone. I can watch this goal a million times. Hearing him yell too right after he scores, the arena was so quiet but you could here him so clearly. "Wooo, Fuck yeah!"
