   I like Michkov as much as the next guy but it might be wise to wait until he’s proven that he’s a “game-breaking” player in the NHL himself before everyone takes a victory lap. At this point he hasn’t proven anything over either Reinbacher or Simashev.

   A lot can happen between a prospect being drafted and guaranteed superstardom with the team that picked him:see Nolan Patrick and Cutter Gauthier as examples.
