As a Canucks fan who routinely roasts McDavid and Draisaitl, you gotta be a bit sad for them as hockey fans. I really think Edmonton is a 2 line team with one worth a damn D pair. And their best goalie option is, no offence to Pickard, but he is a career AHL journeyman goalie. McDavid and Draisaitl flatly should have a Stanley Cup. But Edmonton just can't give them a blueline worth a damn, a good not even great goalie, and their bottom 6 went completely MIA. Series isn't over, but even if they win 2 straight. If this team is struggling with Vancouver and our 3rd string goalie what chance do they have against Dallas/Colorado or NY/Florida?

Hey I love my beloved Vancouver Canucks and I don't get to bash the Edmonton Coilers too often.
But if this team came in with the four lines rolling out attacking with our 2 superstars back I think we would have rolled over you 4 straight like the first three games. We haven't rolled 4 lines since Dakota Joshua went down because of a fight I think sneaky Pete still at the All-Star game.
We're here without rolling 4 lines and ,Demko.
This is the Johnny Canucks team it's amazingly solid straight up straightforward team.
If we get four lines rolling and sneaky Pete shows up the game will end up like the first three

The 1st line was a disaster power play 0 for 5 the quarterback McDavid had no energy, and the rest of big line fell on there faces
The coach gave the big line too many minutes, burned them out, we need 4 lines out to win
As a Canucks fan this is why I love Mcdavid. He doesn’t take anything away from the opposing team when they get beat. He admits the were outplayed. Whereas Leon (who I don’t like so could be biased) will do anything in his power to not give the other team credit when they get beat. Says the goalie was playing good because he got a post or 2. What about the other 40 saves he made on you guys? So yeah Mcdavid is a class act after the game and Leon is a baby. And for anyone to say he cry’s to refs on the ice watch hockey what player doesn’t do that to try to get a call. That’s the game within the game folks.

I'm an Avs fan and while I obviously want the Avs to win, I want McDavid to get a Cup but I find it hard to route for any team with Evander Kane and Corey Perry. McDavid must get tired of these lame questions
I honestly see the Oilers issue being a clash of egos. Perry, nurse, kane are not the type of people you'd want on your team, let alone all on the same team. Nucks put their egos aside for the good of the team.

Mcdavid lost his man late in the game and you could see it on his face. Hard living in Crosby’s shadow when you can match his 200 ft game.
