However, due to a combination of COVID, the CBA, and NCAA regulations we might lose the rights to this player due to them finishing their college degree.
edit: just wanted to add that this is very different than the Vesey situation and I agree with the article saying how odd it is that a player that is still in college playing at a collegiate level, and unable to sign a pro contract due to that, is being lost
