I can’t believe this is the same Avalanche team I saw in the last round. Or even the first two games of this round for that matter. Getting so totally outplayed like that on home ice in a game they had to have is just brutal.
Maybe Dallas deserves more credit for that than I am suggesting , but this is the worst home team performance I have seen in the playoffs so far , and there is just no excuse for it. The score actually flattered them in this game.

I don't like Dallas hockey. They tie up the opponent and stuff all their goals under the goalkeeper's shields. Colorado loves speed, combinations and in games with Dallas looks like a deer in a swamp. The stars will drown avalanches in the slush of their "hockey". I will cheer against Dallas with any opponent.

This was the first game this post season that felt like Dallas was in control from start to finish. They controlled the play for virtually 60 minutes. I hope they can close out the series in game 5. The team needs some rest going into the finals!
