They need to win game 4 they dominated the shots on goal they had the opportunities with power plays they could not get any goals they lose Monday its over in game 5 they have the the talent performance is their problem
Look at time on ice. Stars had 0 forwards under ten minutes Avs had 4. Stars had one player over 20 min Avs had three (one at 19:55). Whose got more depth
Avs started both Games 1 & 2 slow and sleepy but their power play was fantastic. Game 3, from the gate, they were fast and were out shooting Dallas but the power play failed. Seems like it's always something. Dallas finally played a tough game from start to finish. Frustrating to say the least. Hopefully the Avs can wake up and help Georgiev out. He's been fantastic and they aren't returning the favor.
Depth wins in the playoffs. Stars are built for the playoffs and to win on the road. Colorado is an amazing team but if the big dogs aren't producing it's not going to result in a win
I think you’re starting to see depth and style come into play. I feel Colorado can really only win if their offense is on, whereas Dallas can play your track meet style , or this gritty style. Winnipeg couldn’t adjust, and Dallas can. Can Colorado?
ik im just a spectator but it feels like avs couldnt make solid pass that was of playmaking capability , otherwise i feel like avs did better than 1st 2 games weirdly
Avs fan- This series is over, there is nothing bednar can do to make the top guys play like they want it, its all in their head, the depth has cooled down which is understandable but either way were done avs are golfing by the weekend because the stars are gonna keep doing what they did last night theres no reason to believe their not and theres no reason for us to believe the avs are gonna win game 4 5 and 6 because our "superstars" aren't doing shit this series is DONE

It doesn't matter how long you "carry the game" if you don't captilize on your opportunities. Good teams like Dallas will make you pay.
