I may have underestimated this team. I still don't think they'll beat the Oilers but if Demko was playing I think they would have a chance because you can never trust the Oilers..but I don't think either team is beating the winner of Avs-Stars.

My thoughts as a Canucks fan and this may be just us being disappointed year after year for going on 10 years now is that they will most likely loose this series. Do I think it’s gonna be a blowout? No I think it will be game 6 or game 7 but I also think if Vancouver gets to a game 7 there’s a very real possibility that they pull it off because as we seen last night. The oilers can get rattled real quick

The Canucks are THE story of the playoffs. They’ve been magical
"Oilers had 6 shots over final two periods". Yeah.. and 2 went in. Canucks only had 3 shots for a majority of the 1st period. Powerplay was useless and got them in the hole. Both teams played insconsistent and I wouldn't jump to any conclusions after that 1st game. Very sloppy game overall on both sides, high scoring game but very sloppy. Reminded me of game 1 in the battle of alberta in the 22' playoffs.
