Yeah that’s why I moved to Calgary over Edmonton when I left Vancouver. Winter isn’t as bad, lots of car stuff in the summer also closer to Vancouver for when I want to go visit friends.

Used to live 1985-1987 there hockey is bigger there than Vancouver where you have the affable Whitecaps coach on the sports segments a lot plus a variety of sports even cricket. We live just outside of Edmonton now, It’s been good to me overall, I shouldn’t bitch about it but man that city is a shit hole. Friendly, great people though.
