Montreal needs to be a higher tier, they’re in the east so it doesn’t effect us as much and they’re very likely to take Tij in that 5-7 range but definitely wouldn’t 1-2OA…
My only problem with San Jose is I feel he will be wasted for years in that market. Baring a miracle run at the draft over the next few years, San Jose is likely 7+ years away from being remotely competitive.
Utah winning would make it feel scripted but they’re probably the team (besides the Flames) I would most want to win.
I’d rather San Jose not win and bring another 1st overall pick to the Pacific
